EXTENSION OF MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE WORKSHOP BUILDING

Earth work excavation for foundation,trenches etc. in all classes of soil except hard rock requiring blasting, within a depth of 1.50 Metre, bailing out water if necessary, shoring and strutting the sides of excavation including back filling the sides of foundation with the spoil earth in layers, breaking clods, watering, ramming and consolidating and conveying and depositing the excess spoil earth for filling in low lying areas and levelling, within an initial lead of 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Dismantling and removing Brick masonry works including disposal of debrices at places pointed out any where within the company premises.

Plain cement concrete work 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm nominal size hard granite broken stones including cost of all materials, charges for mixing concrete, laying, consolidating, curing, etc. for foundation levelling course, flooring, etc.

Reinforced cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 mix using 20 mm and down grade hard granite broken stones including cost of all materials all charges for mixing concrete, laying, vibrating, consolidating, curing,etc. complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement .

Reinforced cement concrete work 1:2:4 mix using 20 mm and down grade hard granite broken stones including cost of all material all charges for mixing concrete, laying, vibrating, consolidating, curing,etc. complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement.

Providing centering, shuttering,including strutting ,propping , fixing and removing straight or curved shuttering in concrete during casting, for core holes, pockets, etc. of all sizes and shapes for building, equipment and machine foundations at all levels including hire for materials, cost of labour providing shuttering oil to surfaces in contact with concrete, etc. complete (Measurement to be made for the area of shuttering coming in contact with concrete only).

Supplying and providing reinforcement to RCC works at all levels with Thermo -Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more including all charges for uncoiling and straightening rods, cutting rods, bending cold, placing in position and tying with black annealed tying wire of 22 gauge, cost of bars, labour, wires, cover blocks etc. complete.

Filling available earth nearby (excluding rocks) in trenchs, plinths, sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including cost of excavation, conveyence etc.

Cement Concrete Solid Block Masonary Work In C M 1:6 using solid cement concrete blocks (As Per IS 2185) of approximate size 300 x 200 x 150 mm for superstucture walls, compound walls stc . including curing , cost of cement of approved make etc.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4, for an average thickness of 12 mm , one coat, floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels to rough faces of brick masonry, solid block masonary, rubble masonry etc. including cost of all materials, labour scaffolding etc. complete

Painting with cement primer one coat to walls, ceiling etc. including cleaning the surface well at all heights

Painting outside walls with premium quality acrylic emulsion exterior paints two coat (Asian Paints, Berger,.etc) of approved quality over prepared surface including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding etc. complete at all heights.

Supply, Fabrication and erection of structural steel work for posts, trusses etc., with structural steel items, including conveying, fabrication and erection of structural steel work bolted or welded at all levels as per scope of drawing for trusses, purlins, louver brackets, runners, bracings, stair cases, platforms, hand rails, ladder, threaded sag rods, splices, etc. with M.S angles, channels, tees, flats, RSJs, rods, pipes and plates including cutting, welding, cleaning, erecting and painting with two coats of zinc chromate primer (one shop coat and one coat after erection) and two coats of chemical resistant enamel paint of approved quality and colour over the primer including supply of necessary MS bolts and nuts other than holding down bolts.

Providing corrugated roofing using roof sheets reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres cement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and laying PVC Square Gutter (150 mm width) of approved make with all required specials in lines and levels over the brackets already provided, making the joints of gutter leak proof, including cost of PVC gutter,specials and labour etc. complete.

Supplying and laying PVC downwater pipe 4 inch (110mm) dia 4kg/ cm2 including cost of all specials such as bends, elbows, couplings, clamps etc including connecting to the pvc water gutter, clamping, cost of all materials, scaffolding etc complete.

Providing and fixing corrugated adjustable ridges and hips in fibre cement reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres roofing with suitable fixing accessories or self drilling fastener and EPDM washer etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters/ rolling grills and MS top cover of 1.20mm thickness of approved make and painted with two coats of chemical resistant enamel paint of approved quality and colour over two coats of Zinc chromate primer including one shop coat,made of 80 x 1.25 mm MS laths inter locked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shafts, with brackets,side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation, and providing and fixing 27.5 cm long wire spring grade no. 2, etc. complete
