Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of pipes/cables etc getting out and bottom surface to required gradient complete all as directed & specified

M&L returning, filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm thickness complete all as specified and directed

M&L removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Supplying, filling in trenches, spreading, leveling sand cushioning 8 cm below cable and 15 cm above the cable for under ground cable complete all as specified & directed .(18 cm thick pinned down thickness shall be measured and paid).

M &L old size sub class 'B' bricks laid flat in trenches over the cable with length of brick perpendicular to the direction of the cable adjacent/abutting each other complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 5 above but old bricks shall be reused.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in replacement of 16 Sqmm 4 core cable XLPE insulated , armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade laid in trenches/on pole including taking down existing complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in replacement of 25 Sqmm 3.5 core cable XLPE insulated , armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade laid in trenches/on pole including taking down existing complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix Steel tubular pole swaged poles type 410SP-31(9.0 metre long) Swan neck type complete with CI base plate and finial and single swan neck including with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer and marking 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with white and black paint alternately on external surfaces above column/PCC including numbering with black paint and painting with bituminous paint externally for portion embedded in PCC complete all as specified and directed including taking down existing and removing from site. Note : Excavation,earth work,PCC will be paid separately.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation for electric poles/struts, PCC blocks including necessary form work for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for P.C.C (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping of poles including necessary form work for fair finished surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for P.C.C (1:3:6) type C-2 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form work or in any situation complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement GI tubing 40 mm bore 'light grade', galvanized, with all fittings jointed and laid in trenches/fix on wall floor for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED street light fitting 60watt , IP 65, made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with potted Isolated driver and high power LED and individual lenses, operating range -90V to 340V AC complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only LED street light fitting 60 watt on pole complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Light will be taking down from old pole)

Supply and fixing in replacement security light bracket made of 40mm dia GI light grade pipe 1.5 metre long bend to shape including fixing on pole with suitable size of flat iron clamps, nut, bolt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only bracket with security light made of 40mm bore GI light grade pipe 1.5 metre long on pole complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Bracket and security will be taking down from old pole)

S& F in replacement polycarbonate thermoplastic outdoor junction box for steet lights with flap cover operate with IEC 61439-3 which should be shock proof, protection class-II, earthed , IP 65 weather proof , corrision free , acid and chemical resistant , impact resistant, , ultra voilet resistant made of halogen & silicone free recyclable material, internally embedded gasket with provision for cable entry through integrated flanges top and bottom,The gasket should be internally embedded made of polycarbonate incl with fixing arrangement ( clamps, nuts and Bolts etc.) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PVC copper wiring with 2 runs of 2.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade multistranded copper conductor cable with 1 run of 2.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor, drawn through and including 25 mm or higher dia non metallic rigid PVC conduit from junction box to street light etc complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technique and necessary T&P for passing of LT/HT cables complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for earthing complete with & including galvanized MS earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried vertically in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level, with lop edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 below ground level connected to galvanized earth wire soldered and riveted or connected to earth plate by means of nuts, bolts , check nuts & washers, of galvanized iron or steel all as Shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part- I (2009) and connected to panel board, all as specified and testing on completion including provn of earth wire 4 mm dia duly protected with and including 15 mm dia bore medium grade GI pipe upto 7.5 (maximum) meter from electrode to earth point including provn of the earth plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of not less than 15 cm in alternate layers of charcoal and salt on all sides of earth plate and GI light grade watering pipe of 20mm dia bore with funnel with wire mesh including all necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in, removal of surplus soil to a distance 50 metre, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 as in earth chamber, 50 mm thick RCC cover using cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 reinforced with & including 8 mm dia mild steel TMT bar @ 100 mm c/c both way with suitable handle for lifting arrangement & including form work and MS frame using MS angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 6mm complete all as specified & directed. S & F in replacement LED flood light fitting of 120 watt in epoxy powder coated pressure die-cast aluminium housing with, BIS marked electronic driver duly enclosed of approved brand only in housing having protection against over voltage, short circuit and open circuit and surge protection against lightening of 5 KV minimum with IP-66, protection for LED and control gear compartments with high power LED chips suitable for voltage band 120 volts to 270 volt, power factor 0.95 (minimum) having efficacy 100 lumens/watt complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sub main wiring with PVC insulated cable copper conductor FRLS two single core 4 Sqmm drawn through Existing or new PVC rigid non metallic conduit including earth continuity FRLS copper conductor 4 Sqmm PVC insulated with green insulation complete all as specified and directed. Note : PVC conduit shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore, medium grade, 2.5 metres length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metres below ground level connected with earthing lead of 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as shown in Plate No. 2 to the earthing test point complete all as specified and directed. including testing on completion as specified.

Supply and fix electric water heater,storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated, complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate,NRV, connection piece with all fixing arrangement and grouting suitable size of nuts and bolts and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Install, Testing and commissioning of Solar Hot Water System Evacuated glass tube type direct transfer of heat capacity 200 LPD including electrical back up of 2.0 KW complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Any civil works required for the erection and commissioning of the system including foundation work and staging for the flat plate collectors hot/cold water storage tank etc shall be deemed to be including in the item rates.
