REPAIR / MAINTENANCE OF (3X28TR) CAPACITY WATER COOLED CENTRAL AC PLANT ,WED(V).

Amount

The scope of Job Order covers the followings:- (a) Descaling of Chiller unit, condenser, Piping network and cleaning of AHUs filter and servicing of Cooling Tower, using HCL acid and pump:- 01 Job (b) Material and labour for overhauling compressor units including spare parts compressor oil and nitrogen gas by evacuation of refrigerant from complete system of central Air Conditioning plant of capacity 3x30TR with pump, isolating the reciprocating compressor by opening/ cutting nuts and bolts at suction and discharge valve, opening of compressor, removing the unservicable/ damaged internal parts, cleaning, overhauling complete, replacement of wornout parts such as suction reeds, discharge reeds, safety valve, loading/ unloading mechanism, piston, rings, springs, washers, nuts and blots, gasket set, shaft seal, 'O' ring set, recharging compressor oil and refrigerant after pressure test and vaccum test and testing complete:- 01 Job (c) R-22 refrigerant gas :- 20 KG (d) Gas sensor / Pipe Temperature sensor/Liquid sensor as per plant model and capacity :- 01 Each (e) Supply and replace power contactor 12 Amps, 3 pole, coil voltage 230/415 Volts, 50 Hz with 1NO + 1NC complete all as specified and as directed :- 01 Each (f) Supply and replace Thermal Overload Relay, direct mounting for the relay setting range 9-14 Amps suitable for AC, 3 phase, 415 Volts motor :- 01 Each

(Item No 01 Contd---) (g) Material and Labour for disconnecting Electric Motor of capacity 5 HP carefully from the existing Condenser water pump set and shifting to civil work shop,cutting and removing burnt out winding from electric motor of any make and model, cleaning the slots and rewinding with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge and number of turns including necessary insulation, varnishing, heating etc, and replacing the wornout bearings/ bushes, connectors, terminal plate etc and bringing back to site and re-installing in its original position, connecting and testing on completion for satisfactory performance, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge :- 01 Job

SCHEDULE OF CREDIT Note :- Amount of Rs. 1045.00 indicated in Tender Documents as Schedule of Credit shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
