Note for item Srl Nos. 1 to 12:- (a) The work shall be executed directly by company or their authorized applicator. Application shall be authorized in writing by company and guarantee/responsibility of work executed shall be owned by company/Contractor in writing. (b) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of material all labours tools and plants scaffolding and working upto 25 mtr height.
