M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75mm thick Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm as in soft/disintegrated rock.

Removal of excavated rocks exc. 500 m but n.exc 1.5 km and depositing where directed at level n exc. 1.5M above the starting point. all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth wiithout using extra cement.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction, on fair faces of brick walls or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement in any height, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only water proofing compound (integral) all as specified & directed.

M&L coloured glazed ceremic tiles of size 450x300x7 mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting,dados and risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over backing coat in 10 mm thick 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Non skid coloured ceremic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Ditto as above but in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over backing coat of mortar 10 mm thick 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of 75 mm thick Birla Aerocon Prefabricated Fibre Reinforced Sandwich Panels, made of two Fibre Reinforced Cement facing boards on either sides of a lightweight concrete core. These boards shall be of thickness of upto 5 mm and shall conforms to IS 14862:2000 (Type A). The core shall be made from a mix of cement and silacaceous & micaceous material. The Aerocon Prefabricated fibre reinforced sandwich panel shall have size 2400/2700/3000 mm in height and 600 mm in width. These panels shall have Tongue & Groove joint system for partitions. These panels shall have fire rating of 2 Hrs. or more, Thermal conductivity of 0.17 W/m.k or less, sound insulation of 40 db. or more and can able to take Axial load of 90 KN/m or more (tested as per ASTM E 72). Jointing of these Prefabricated fibre reinforced sandwich panels shall be done with a polymer modified Cementitious jointing compound in tongue & grove and surface joint shall be treated with Polymer modified cementitious jointing compound and fibre tape. The Aerocon Prefabricated fibre reinforced sandwich panels shall be laid on GI coated (120 GSM both side inclusive) floor & ceiling channel of 1 mm thick and sizes of these channels shall be 14x75x25 mm for floor channel and 38x75x38 mm for ceiling channel. The rates shall be inclusive of all component, fixing, wastage, all required accessories and hardware as a complete item of work as per the guidlines of HIL Limited and instructions of Engineer-in-charge.
