Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15 degree landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills,staircases and spiral stair cases up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing Reinforcement for R.C.C. Work Using Thermo-Mechanically Treated Bars in position and binding all complete.

Centring and shuttering including strutting,ropping etc. and removal of form for Centring and shuttering for foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and fixing upto floor five level precast cement concrete solid block including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), cost of required centring, shuttering and finishing smooth with 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) on exposed surfaces complete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).
