Demolition of Cement concerte in ground floor and paving not exc. 15 cm thickness below or above ground level and removale of debris out side MD Land, complete all as directed.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type B-1(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F machine pressed precast concrete (Interlocking pavers block, any shape and size, confirming to IS-15658-2006) rubberised finished coloure of 60mm thick M-35 top layers of anti abrasive material laid over and incl 25mm thick sand cushion. The interlocking tiles joint will be filled with fine sand, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F machine pressed precast cement concrete curb stone blocks using cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded agg) all as specified and directed, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete laquer coated tiles 30cmx30cmx25-30mm thick machine pressed set jointd and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished complete including forming joints at 2 Mtr intervals in alternate ways and filled with butumen mastic, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles (Premium quality) in vertical surface 300x450x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Kajaria/ Somany/ Johnson as approved by GE.

M&L Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles (Premium quality) 7 to 8 mm thick(square/ rectagular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06sq m but not exceeding 0.11 sqm , in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and as directed. M&L Virified Cermic tiles Double charged light shade as existing 10 mm thick (squre/retangular) polished, area of each tiles n exceding 0.36 Sqm in floor etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colured cement including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 to match, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 15.00 above but in skirting surface inluding 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over including and 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement clurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 17.00 above but in dado/skirting, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 16-18 mm thick granite (of any type) machine cut in cooking plateform laid over 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar(1:4) and joined with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including polishing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demoltion of cement cocrete in padding of water proofing treatment from roof taking down bituminous polythene sheets plaster etc overall thickness n.exc 200mm , cleaning of concete surfaces by wire brushres scrubbing down water and removing the dust debris etc. to a distance 50 mtr but n.exc 250 mtr from the site, complete all as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) over roof for making good depression/ undulation to make the existing as filling in depression of roof slab, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for carring out water proofing treatment for roof in following stages :- (1) M&L for rendering 10mm thick in 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing liquid all as per mfr inst over conc surfaces finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement. (2) First coat of bitumen primer confirming to IS 3384 @0.300 Kg/Sqm over plastered surafces (3) Second layer of 3 mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane with centre core of Single non woven polyster reinforcement & having weight 3 Kg/sqm with mineral gravel finish on top complete laid over Roof slab/padding surfaces over a coat of Bitumen 85/25 applied @ 1.20 kg/Sqm, complete all as specified and as directed at site.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick wall or stone wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and preparing the surface to receive surface, complete all as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1 : 4 as in backing coat of wall tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on other than fair surfaces or over stone masonary surface faces finished the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 10mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 and finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement as in ceiling, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for three coat of white wash after preparation of newly plastered surface as in ceiling, complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening of existing conc floors by picking sweeping clean & washing down with water to remove dust & brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg/sqm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instruction, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seperatly

M&L for treating the plastered surface (Sunken floor) with two coat of epoxy or water proofing adhesive coating complete all as specified by the manufacturers instruction, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Pidilite/ STP/ IWL

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) to use in sub base of floors of sunken portion laid in slope 1:40 to the surface of RCC slab shall be made even and smooth without using extra cement when concrete is still green, complete all as specified and as directed by the E-in-Charge.

M&L for appling one coat of cold emulsion bitumenous primer @ 0.25 Kg/sqm shall applied on plastered surface including side walls. There after a layer of APP membrane 1.5 mm thick as specified above shall be laid by torch application method as per manufacturer instructions including cushion layer of coarse sand thickness 25 mm shall be provided to protect membrane, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 lean cement concrete type E2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in mass concrete after carrying out satisfactory testing of CI pipe/ PVC pipe joints and slab /wall by filling water for 72 hours. Sunken portion of Nahani/ floor trap and pipe joints shall be embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C1, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L sand stone slabs in sunshades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings cover stones templates etc n exc 2m in length punched dressed on face and along exposed edges self faced on other side and set and pointed in cement mortar 1:4 thickness of slab 5cm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Greasing and servicing only to existing rolling shutters, any type complete, area of shutter exc 5.0 and n.exc 10 Sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Steel rolling shutters, 1 mm thick with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: push pull or manual type, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per sq.m of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors, complete all as specified and as directed.
