(b) Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) (c)Preparing & cleaning of fully dried cement concrete surface. (d) Applying one coat of cold bituminous primer to the plastered surface @ 0.30 litres per sqm conforming IS-3384. (e) A layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.5 kg per sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric.The over lap shall be minimum 75 mm in length side and 100 mm with side. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application as specified and as directed.

M&L 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of concrete surface is in cm 1:3 to be finished even and smooth with out suing extra cement under roof treatment mixed with water proofing compound (to be measured and paid seperately)

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II: Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC (FRLS) insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade single core conforming to IS-694-1990 and including one run of continous earth wire to common earth and connected to earth with 1.5 Sqmm PVC (FRLS) insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable draw in & incl PVC surface casing 'N' capping double lock type to be fixed with the help of rawal plugs & screws incl necessary fittings & fixture and to be turminated in sunk cast iron/pressed steel/PVC terminal boxes for mounting switches, sockets, regulators etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of adequate size for one light point/fan point controlled by one switch and making good disturbed surfaces with CM (1:4) to match with the existing surface complete all as specified.

Taking down ceiling/exhaust fan any type/size and refixing at same or other location after cleaning, greasing, oiling & servicing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix distribution board iron clad, vertical DB double door with IP-43 protection suitable for MCB TPN as incommer and MCB as outgoing 415 Volts 3 phase 50 Hz 4 way, complete with appropriate size copper busbar and neutral link complete with one MCB TPN 415 Volts 63 Amps rating, 16 KA breaking capcity of the same make as of distribution board & including cutting chases to wall for fixing DB and making good the disturbed wall surface all as required at site and including taking down old unserviceable existing DB any type/size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure powder coated DB for fixing of MCBs, SPN 4 ways double door, IP-42 protection with 200 Amp rated bus bar, 240 Volts including taking out of old MCB DB of any type/size and removing from site to MES store for reuse if serviceable or for credit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB SPN 240 volts, 10kA, 50 Hz of capacity 40-63 Amps 'C' series all as specified and directed

S&F MCB SP, 240 V, 6-40 Amp 10 KA complete all as specified.

Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level, connected to 4mm dia galvanized iron wire as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel complete with 15mm dia light grade protection pipe, 20mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel including char coal dust, salt, PCC 1:2:4 in pit with precast RCC M-15 cover reinforced with XPM not less then 4.00 Kg per sqm including necessary earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m, returning filling in complete as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009), and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated, including testing on completion. Removing excavated material not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to underground cable provided with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable. The top layer of 15cm shall be punned to 10 cm (total 18 cm) complete all as specified and directed.

Brick common burnt class 'B' covering laid dry, flat transversally along the length of the cable on sand cushioning width equal to the length of the brick complete all as specified.
