Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out hard soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm,

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe 410W (Gde E 250) all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment as in Base plate/Gusset plate, cleats for securing purlins/rafters and similar articles conforming to Fe 290 (Gde E 165) all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 16mm dia with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 30cm long all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

M&L preparation steel surfaces with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel rolling shutters thickness of laths in 1mm, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: push pull or manual type all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Ball bearing for rolling shutters all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Surface excavation n. exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting hard/dense soil.

M & L hard core of gauge n. exc 63 mm, deposited spreaded and leveled in layer not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, broken stone or boulder.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) 100mm thick as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in hardstanding in alternate bays each panel n.exc 10 sqm each (filled with bitumen with sand) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) 25mm thick as in sub base of kota stone flooring all as specified and directed.

M&L Prepolished Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed 15mm thick in CM 1:4 base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Machine cut Marble (Makrana white) flooring 20-25mm thick as in strips/boarder between kota stone flooring over cement screed 15mm thick in CM 1:4 base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) 75 mm thick as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavation materials not exc 50 Metre and deposition where directed at a level not exc 1.5 M above the starting point (soil).

M&L for point wiring in PVC conduit all as required at site of size confirming to IS 2079-1973 medium grade on surface with PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable (FRLS) 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area 1100 volts grade with all fittings such as elbows, bends, junction boxes, saddles including PVC board (ISI Marked) and screws and rawal plug including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth wire and connected to light/fan & common earth dolly all as specified and directed for One light/fan point bell point controlled by one ,one way switch.

All as per item No 1 above but for socket out let, 15/16 Amps on independent board with 4 Sqmm size cable and 4 Sqmm for continuity earth wire connected to common earth dolly all as specified and directed.

S&F switch piano flush type 5/6 Amps single pole one way all as specified & directed.

S&F building security light fitting complete with 25 watt LED type pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant toughened glass with frame protection and better optics for uniform distribution complete fixed on bracket made out by GI pipe 32 mm dia (light grade) 1.5 metre long and MS clamp and nut bolts washers etc complete and connected with twin core cable 1.5 sqmm from ceiling rose to fittings connector all as specified and directed .

M&L earthing complete with galvanished steel earth plate electrode size 600X600X6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to and including GI earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts ,nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanised iron and connected to test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part I-2009 and all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of strata available at site, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earthing chamber, pre cast RCC slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4 kg/sqm funnel with GI watering pipe of 20 mm bore medium grade ,wire mesh and lugs ,GI protection pipe of 15 mm bore light grade up to 7.5 mtr long ,etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- GI earth wire and protection pipe beyond 7.5 metre will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix DB, SPN 4 way double door for MCB, 240 volt with 200 amps rated bus bar all as specified and directed

Supply and fix MCB 6-40 amps, 10 KA, SP 240 volt, 'C' series all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix MCB 32-40 amps, 10 KA, SPN 240 volt, 'C' series all as specified and directed

M&L for sub main wiring in PVC conduit of required size 2x1.5 sqmm PVC insulated multistrand copper conductor with 01x1.5 sqmm PVC insulated multistrand copper conductor as earth continuity wire all as specified and directed. Note:- For the purpose of payment two runs of 1.5 sqmm conductors and one run of 1.5 sqmm conductor with casing caping will be measured as one length.

Supply and fixing LED flood lights 120 watt 230V AC outdoor type with thermal management in mulitiple optics and equipped with IP 66 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod, 12mm dia and 300mm long with suitable size of threaded metallic base which fitted in wooden block/wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Test point terminal block of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8 mm dia, 25mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with heavy duty saddles and fixing screws made of aluminium etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

S&F wooden block heavy weight of size 15x15x15cm with suitable size of hole for fixing of air termination rod of any size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with using galvanized mild steel earth plate (electrode) 600 mmx 600 mmx 6.30 mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.50 m below ground level and earth plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all round the plate using 32X6 mm GI earth strip as earth lead moulded and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to main equipment at switch/control board at another end, GI earth lead incased in and including 50 mm dia GI ‘light grade’ pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipment with & including 20 mm dia bore GI pipe ‘light grade’ as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of the earth plate, GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and provision of PCC 1:2:4 type B1(using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in pits chamber and RCC pit cover 50 mm thick of precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone agg)duly reinforced with mild steel round bars 6 mm dia @ 150 mm c/c both ways with 10 mm dia mild steel bars as in lifting handles with and including necessary excavation & earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor /wall all as per plate No. 3 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion.. (Note : 1. If the desired earth resistance is not found earthing shall be re-done by the Contractor at no extra cost to govt.)

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr in wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed

M&L local sand dry, filling in trenches around under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing of new sub class 'B' bricks, old size, well burnt laid flat dry for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 10 sqmm 2 core all as specified & directed. Make :Havells/Polycab/Universal Note:- Excavation & earth work and pipe / sand / bricks for cable protection shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule)

M & L GI Tubing "light grade" galvanized for protection HT / LT Cable all as specified of size 40 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
