Decoupling of the pump from motor and then providing, fitting and testing of C.I flexible type pump motor coupling 10 cusec (complete set) after removing the damaged coupling of the pump set. The coupling assembly shall comprise of two halves each having bolt holes near its periphery and a supporting ring connected through a flexible cushion element. The hub of each half shall be bored with bore diameter of one half matching with pump shaft driven end and other half motor shaft drive end. The coupling assembly shall be fitted in such a way that the pumping unit is aligned and balanced in 3D after checking any misalignment. The job includes cutting of key way in the hub and fabrication, providing & fitting of new keys as per old one. (TC-16) Recoupling of the pump with motor and then testing of the coupling on no-load & full load. The scrap shall be retained by the contracting agency.
