Supply and laying 20 mm dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete including taking up or down of 20 mm dia steel tubing all as specified.

Supply and laying 16 mm dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors including taking up or down of 15 mm dia steel tubing all as specified.

Taking down Chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5 Sq. M and not exc 4 sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frames) all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sq. M each (Without taking off shutters from the frames) all as specifeid and as directed.

S&F Second class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints.

M&L for 40mm thick, 2nd class hard wood, plain, framed paneled shutters (any number of panels) with panels of timber flat on both side (feather edged) or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for soild PVC Door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm palin colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, suppling and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing.

S & F for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S frame shall bw covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and botom rail on either side & as gap insert for tip rail & bottom rails; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame weloded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement. suppling and fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

M&L for 0.50 mm thick pre-painted corrugated/’Z’ profile galvalume roofing sheets as in roofing (in any location and any type) having high strength steel with minimum 550 Mpa strength hot dip coated with aluminium zinc alloy (55% aluminium and 45% zinc) pre-painted with primer coat of 5 micron and coated with Silicon modified polyester coating of 20 micron and alkalyed coating of 10 micron on reverse side. End rib, side over lap and over lap of sheets shall be designed for anti capillary activities to avoid any seepage of water through lateral overlap as per manufacturer’s instructions, including fixing with self drilling and self tapping screws 0.5mm dia full threaded, all Kautex coated and fitted with EPDM washers in stainless steel. The screws shall be coated with anti-corrosive substance to ensure longer life and shall be fixed using drill guns for lead proof installation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Removing the existing roof treatment completely ,roughening surfaces of old concrete floor or concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.

Brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per squaremeter all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 by adding water proof compound as per manufactures instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application including coating the surface with water based bituminous primer blow bitumen of 85/25 or 90/15 at 1.2 Kg/Sqm both at bottom and top of the membrance and finally finished with one coat of bitumenous aluminium primer at 100 gm per sqm complete all as specified.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

S & F chequered cement concrete tiles 300 x 300 x 22 to 25 mm thick, with grey cement and no pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over 20 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of un- reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (Below or above ground level)

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in plinth protection and finishing the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

Preparing old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed .
