M&L for taking down /dismantling of eixsting roof treatment of any description such as PCC Padding/Coba treatment /mud puska/Lime conc terracing including screed bed etc. Hessian base felt/tar felt etc. (any type and thickness) , complete and M&L for cleaning of roof slab,parapets and beams including picking ,sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust and providing water proofing treatment with polymeric standard water proofing membrane complete all as specified and directed. (a) preparation of surface and applying oneof priming coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 Ltr per Sqm (b) Supply and providing APP modified polymeric water proofing memberane of 3 mm thick of weight not less than 3.6kg/sqm reinforced with polyster non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150gms/sgm ) centre core including coating the surface with the compatible primer and torch application of membrane with minimum 10cm overlaps in sides and 15 cm overlaps in end as required thereof complete all as specified. (c) Applying one more coat of polymeric modified bitumen 85/25 @1.20 kg/sqm (d) Applying over one coat of aluminum paint @0.10 kg/sqm shall be applied. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through expert team of manufacture of authorised applicator.

M & L for water proofing treatment on roof slab including picking ,sweeping ,clean and washing down with water to remove dust & providing water proofing treatment described as under :- (a) Surface preparation and treating construction joints, filling of honey combs,preparation of coving ( if required ) with Asian paints smartcare Repair Mortor and Asian Smartcare General purpose Grout of Asian paint or equivalent product of THERMAX / FOSROC . (b) Cleaning the surface and appling Asian PU Magnum primer Resin & hardner of Make Asian paints or eqivalent product of THERMAX / FOSROC on the cleaned surface. (c) Appling Asian Smartcare PU Magnum of Make Asian paints in Two ( 2 ) layers ( PU Magnum per coat should be minimum of 600 gms per Square meter or equivalent product of THERMAX / FOSROC. (d). Ponding test of 72 Hrs and no leakage/ seepage observed. Any rectification to be done at the cost of contractor repeating above stepsof application. (e) . The work shall be carried out complete as per manufacturer's specification and application methodolgy. (f) . Execution to be done with authorised applicator of the manufacturer and company back gurantee to br given by the contractor after completion of water proofing work befor payment. work will be executed in Smart Assurance System of manufacturer company of Asian/ Epoxy/ Polymer chemicals.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on roof surface including mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction's and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only under respectiveitem of sch 'A'.

M&L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete/ brick surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and waterproffing treatment to sunkin portion of WC, bathroom etc by applying cement slurry mixed with Acrylic Based Polymer modified cementation composited compound coating as under :- First layer of cement @ of 0.488 kg per sqmtr mixed with Acrylic Based Polymer modified cementation composited compound @ 0.253 kg per sqmtr. This layer will be allowed to air cure fro 4 hours and second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg per sqmtr mixed with Acrylic Based Polymer modified cementation composited compound @ 0.126 kg per sqmtr and allowed to be air cure for 4 hours including preparation of surfaces treated and sealing all joints , corner , juncation , pipes and masonory with Polymenr mixed slurry joints, corner, juncation , pipes and masonry with Polymer mixed slurry . (Treatment will be allowed with water curing for 48 hours ).

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sunken floor finished even and smooth using extra cement with using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item of Schedule 'A'.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in surface channels drain complete all as specified and directed.

M&L For extra for forming fair finished drain or channel as inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including form moulds mitred/stopped ends etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing plain cement concrete, type E-2, 1:5:10 (using 40 mm graded brick aggregate) as in sunken, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI Tubing of medium gradae as drain out pipe of sunken floor complete all as specified and directed

M&L for removing the plants/ vegetation upto Six story height including penefreated roots complete and injecting chemical GLYPHOSPHATW 41% SL 20 ml or till refusal by makimg cut/ injection in the stem of plant 30mm C/C spraying with solution (25ml Glyphospoto 41% diluted with one litre water) including necessary scaffolding etc wk will be carried out upto 6 th storey complete all as per specification and directions .

Removing building materials etc. to a distance exceed 500m but not exceed 5.00 Km complete all as specified and directed.
