Materials to be procured from sources having Satisfactory Past Performance of same/similar items in Indian Railway & Upload Railway P.O/R-Note/CRN.

OEM or its authorized Dealer is eligible for participating in this tender. In case of authorised dealer, the dealership certificate must be uploaded along with the bid documents; otherwise offer will be rejected.

Inspection charges, if any, may be quoted separately.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

1. Delivery upto Destination. 2. Tenderers should enclose the details of past performance alongwith their offer. 3. If tenderers is an authorised dealer / stockist / agent of the principal manufacturer then current and valid Authorisation letter must be enclosed with the offer. 4. Tenderers should submit their offers with a validity of minimum 60 days. 5. If firm quotes any deviation in any uploaded document, the purchaser may, at his discretion, ignore any such deviation while issuing the contract. 6 . Authorisation dealership certification should be submitted along with the material or firms should submit purchase proof from the authorised dealers along with supply for Make/Brand mentioned on P.O.
