30 mm thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutter made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 60x30 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm), with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/ plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 25x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The lock rail made up of ‘H’ section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100x30 mm and 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) wall thickness fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/ galvanised M.S. ‘U’ cleats. Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank, including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account)

Cleaning and de-silting of gully trap chamber, including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same, all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank (independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:- (i) Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of slit and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface.

(v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling W.C. Pan of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials i/c malba all complete as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge.

Removing existing unservceable item (if any) by providing and fixing PVC floor trap with PTMT grating including cost of cutting and making good the walls and floors of size 100 mm inlet and 75 mm outlet in Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse Sand: 4 Stone Aggregate 20m size) Block all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of air blockage in G.I. Pipe Line by pressure pump etc including removal of chockage if any to maintain smooth flow of water supply complete as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge (Line connecting Over head tank to delivery pipe and supply pipe to Oown side of tank shall constitute one job.)

Providing Mannual assistance for miscellaneous works as per site requirement and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

(Note: One Man day shall be treated as One job)

Removing existing unservceable item (if any) by providing and fixing brass metal spindle of approved quality for bib cocks angle cock stope cock and alike all complete as per direction of Engineeer-in-Charge.

Removing existing unservceable item (if any) by providing and fixing PVC Overhead water storage tank cover/ lid cover with necessary locking arrangement all complete as per direction of Engineeer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of manhole chamber including inter connected sewer line in BSNL compounds including removal of earth, silt, sludge, brick bats, garbage etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

(Note:- Rate includes the cost of Cleaning of manholes sewer line i/c dewatering, removal of manhole cover and keeping the same back in position after completion of job.)

Removal of chockage / blockege in W.C. Seat including cleaning of seat & disposal of waste material all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of septic tank including removal of sludge and waste material & cleaning of allied sewer line and disposal of waste material beyond municipal limits in tankers or by other mechanical meansall complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

(Notes: The rate includies tanker charges for disposal of sewage and flusing water as may be required and all labour, T & P etc. involved for completion of work all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.)

Re-errection/Fixing of aluminium patitions/ door shutters i/c cleaning & cutting of all materials as per requirement and providing new angle cleat, aluminium hinges for doors, neoprene/pvc gasket, alluminium screw etc. wherever required all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Aluminium sections, snap beadings, door fittings and panelling materials shall be supplied free of cost or paid for separately. However, the rate includes cost of providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings in doors wherever required including the cost of new PVC/neoprene gasket/stainless steel screws/aluminium cleat angle etc. & carriage of material i/c some parts of old dismantled aluminium partition to the site upto a distance of 10km)

Repairing of aluminium doors including dismembering, replacement of cleats, fixing of tie rod, replacement of pivots and refixing of the door all complete as per direction of Engineer- in- Charge. (Note: Rate includes cost of material and labour required for the job)

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roof by applying cement slurry 0.75 Kg / Sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound such as Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or equivalent ( 200 ml per 50kg of cement bag or as per manufacturer's specification ) after drying of surface , cleaning of joints and making arrangement for air curing for minimum 72 hours all complete as per as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Reams of A4 Size Photocopy paper of weight not less than 70GSM of ISI make to be used for maintaining day to day maintenance records in ofice and as approved by engineer-in-charge. (1 Ream=500 Sheets)

Refilling of Printers Cartrdige of make M1136MFP/HP4500/HP1020 to be used for maintaining day to day maintenance records of Division & Sub-Division offices of aprroved make and as approved by engineer-in-charge.
