Taking out carefully existing joint filling material from old damaged joints of any description (which varies from 10 to 20mm wide) scraping out old bituminous material including cutting the edges of old joint by concrete cutting blade/machine to remove old bitumen, grinding, removing dust by blower, insertion of back up polythylene rod of make M/s Supreme Industries Ltd and priming top 30mm depth with approved primer all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for filling of joints 10mm wide and 30mm deep with sealing compound grade 'B' of polyurethane/polysulphide based sealant applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing masking tape after filling of sealant complete all as per direction of manufacturer and as directed by Engr-in-Charge (Make: M/S Fosroc chemical (I) Pvt Ltd/ M/s STP Limited or equivalent)

All as per item No 02 here in before but width of jonts 12mm to 15mm, and slab thickness is 250mm deep all as specified and as directed..

Material and labour for preparation of damaged/ broken concrete pavement slab surface and applying "SURE BOND" self adhesive cold applied polymer modified High Tack Bituminous Instant Runway / Tarmac crack sealing Tape of 50mm width, 2KPa thick having quick release film on one side Runway/Pavement/Tarmac crack to form high strength water proof layer complete all as specified as per manufacturer instructions and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Make: Srijan Systems Pvt Ltd)

Material and labour for making good cracks, joint, pot hole stuffer in slabs (exposed rigid pavement) by 'CONCRE-FLO' Streaming Concrete Crack stuffer (Make: Srijan Systems Pvt Ltd) all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of untreated bituminous (or) concrete surfaces of taxi track, dispersal etc. exceeding 10 cm width and painting lines, curves, dashes, arrows, letters etc.and apply with two coats of runway marking paint white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour writing letters or figures (Block,Roman,Italic or Indian) with synthetic enamel paint (First quality) n exc 30cm high complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for writing stop,commas, short line, dashes, hyphens, brackets etc with synthetic enamel paint (First quality) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for making good cracks/broken edges in slabs (exposed rigid pavement) by cutting 'V' grooves/making shapes as directed by AGE (I) n exc 40mm wide at top and n exc 40mm deep and cutting spelled joints sides perpendicular and parallel to edge by mechanical tool as specified, cleaning compressed air and washing with chemical water solution under pressure and then applying with epoxy mortar with hardener, quartz, sand (1:0.5:8) by weight after priming the cleaned surface with approved proprietary primer of the same manufacturer complete all as specified and directed. (Make : M/S HINDUSTAN CIBA GEIGY LTD or equivalent as approved by AGE (I).

Preparation of old painted plastered/concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (First quality) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cold emulsion bitumen (cationic type) over existing runway/Taxi track and connecting road approaching to main runway (Flexible portion) @ 5kg of emulsion per 10 square meter in diluted state as per Manufacturers instruction and applied in thin layer by using mechanical sprayer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15cm thickness (below or above GL) all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Plain cement cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in hard standing finished even and fair without using extra cement all as specified directed.
