Removing Debris/Demolished materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading to outside MoD land from 5KM upto 20KM lead at municipal dumping ground complete all as specified and directed.

Desilting of septic tank any size including cleaning and taking out mud/sludge, scum, silt (both organic and inorganic nature) from septic tanks by mechanical means of any depth, in foul conditions and confined places, getting out and removing the Sludge/Sludge water disposed off in closed container at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MoD land and sprinkling line to the affected area complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Net contents of sludge shall be measured at the time of removal and paid. Quoted rate of tenderer is deemed to be inclusive of dewatering as required and nothing extra shall be admissible to the contractor on this account.

Maintenance of sewage system SGSW/PVC(SWR)/NP2 pipe including Nahani/floor traps, soil/waste pipe running on external wall of building and in trenches with fittings, bends, junctions etc, Gully traps, manholes of all description and sewage lines of all sizes upto soak well/MCD drain of sewage system complete in perfect running / flowing order without destruction by removing all blockage in the system including cleaning the floor trap, gully trap, IWC, EWC Wash basin, Urinal pots, bottle trap, in kitchen, lobby, bath room, toilets at any height of floor (Maximum G+7 Floor) including pipe line up to the first manhole including maintaining of drain (Bricks / PCC) in running condition by removing all surplus spoil in entire KWC lab area (inside and outside area of all DRDO labs in KWC area) under GE (I) R&D delhi, complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Contractor shall deploy minimum 2 safaiwala solely for the maintenance of sewage system against this item alongwith necessary tools and will be required to report AGE B/R office KWC area to collect the complaint slip from concrened JE on normal working hours from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs on all working days but on demand for Sundays, Holidays, additional working hours also, contractor shall provide the same to meet the requirements. These Safaiwala / Mazdoor shall not be deployed for any works other than the scope catered for in this item. For the work considered against other items of this Schedule the contractor shall deploy separate sfafiwala / mazdoor in addition to the safaiwala /mazdoor deployed against this item. (ii) Rate also includes for necesary tools and plants which is required for execution of item i.e cleaning rod, buckets, bamboos sticks, Kashi etc (iii) Sludge slurry / sludge water shall be disposed off in closed container at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MD land. (iv). Solid waste / sludge / silt deposited in the manholes which can not be removed by rodding, shall be ordered under respective item of this schedule and paid accordingly.

Dewatering of Soakage Well cleaning and taking out effluent water from soakage well by mechanical means of any depth, in foul conditions and confined places, getting out and removing the effulent water and disposed off in closed container (tank capacity 5000 litres each) at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Each tank capacity of 5000 litres shall be measured as one Job.

M&L cleaning & clearing manholes by taking off manhole covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning of any description, underground any depth by removing any type of blockage including de-silting and de-chocking and flushing after cleaning, clearing of manholes. Sludge/ sludge water shall be disposed off in closed container at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MoD land, upto 150mm dia sewage lines complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of blockage in between two manholes spacing upto 18 meters between manholes of underground sewage line of any type and size upto 200 mm dia by means of mechnical rodding with vibrations/drilling concept. A trolley mounted motorized sewer cleaning machine for the execution of item shall have to be provided by the contractor. Blocked material, slugging obtained during execution of this item shall be removed from the site through trolly mounted motor out of defence land. Sewage line between existing two manholes shall be flushed with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vaccum type machine suitably mounted on HCV having facilities of hydraulic applications with suitable size of nozzle pipes upto the desired satisfaction including sprinkling lime to the affected area complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of bushes not exceeding 10cm girth and removng of unserviceable material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and cleaning site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made precast heavy duty drain/ manhole covers including MS frame and including reinforcement as per IS 12592 : 2002 with specified thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hotmixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of soffit and sides of RCC slab/chajja and similar works by dismantling of loose/ disintegrated portion of RCC at any height and in any situation (including provn of support, formwork and welding of reinforcement with weld mesh of weight not less than 3 kg/ sqm and dubbing 1st coat of 20 to 25mm thick in cm 1:3 finished rough and finishing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement after applying cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg/Sqm and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Unit rate of this items includes the cost of scaffolding, form work, necessary water proffing agent etc and nothing extra shall be paid on account of variation if heights. (ii) The measurement of finished plaster of 2nd coat provided on surface in sqm shall be the mode of measurement aganst this item.

M&L for repairing of RCC projection, chajjas, facia, bands, shelves, beams, RCC railing, balcony and similar works by dismantling of loose/ disintegrated portion of RCC at any height and in any sitution / floor (including provn of support, formwork and welding of reinforcement if required with wire mesh of weight 3 kg/ sqm and dubbing/ filling with PCC (1:2:4), type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded aggregate,15 to 25 mm thick after applying cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm, finished even and smooth to desired shape and applying two coats of wheater proof emulsion paint to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair long body Bib taps,chromium plated cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed, suitable for 15mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair angle valve, chromium plated,screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed for iron pipe or for union, suitable for 15mm bore pipe, fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Premium Carpet flooring with 14mm thick sound proof Polyester fiber Carpet having NRC value not less than 0.35 and backing of Action Back PP with cut pile structure having pile weight of 1500GSM and total weight of 2000 GSM complete fixing of carpet on floor with suitable adhesive as per maufacturer instruction including shifting out furniture for flooring and reshifting of furniture after carpet flooring including making all suitable arrangements for the same complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valve 15mm bore, with iron wheel head, screwd both ends for iron pipe and fixed, screwed down, high pressure screwed ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of exisitng treatment on wall surfaces with sand paper, iron patti or grinder, including pillasters and cornices etc and applying two coat of interior acylic emulsion paint over a coat of 1mm thick birla wall care putty to achieve smooth finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L complete removal of existing treatment on ceiling surfaces with sand paper, iron patti or grinder, including pillasters and cornices etc by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scraping down, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint tint/shade as approved complete all as specified and directed.
