Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees prescribed as per E procurement soon after contract has been issued to bidder

Conditional tenders will not be accepted

The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs

The cost of the Tender form shall not be refundable

The employer is not responsible for any delay in accessing KPP Portal

Contractors Should be registered with KPWD Class I Registration

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer should upload all details and documents as per Technical and Financial bid attached to this tender

All the formats prescribed in the bid document shall be filled by the tenderer in complete manner otherwise it will be rejected

All scanned documents to be uploaded shall be in original and the Chief Engineer reserves the right to verify the documents before approval

If the tenderer fails to comply with any of the conditions in the technical bid, their financial bid will be liable to be rejected

Original documents / Certificates shall be produced by the Tenderer as mentioned in the Bid document

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

Should have satisfactorily completed providing personnel employing 60 numbers in any one or among various Government offices in Karnataka in any one of the last 3 financial year.2022-23 to 2024-25

Others -- Human Resource services for at least two Government / PSU / Private Company

Copy of valid Registration Certificate at ESI and EPF Department

Others -- valid Registration Certificate at ESI and EPF Department

Copy of valid Registration Certificate for registration with Labour Department issued by State/Central Government For last 2 years

Labour Certificate

Capabilities of Vendor

Copy of Income Tax Returns filed for two years, 3 (three) preceding financial / assessment years during the three preceding financial years, i.e., 2022-23 to 2024-25

PWD Registration Certificate (Class I/II/III/IV)

Financial Status

Audited balance sheet and profit and loss statement of the firm certified by Chartered Accountant for having turnover not less than Rs.176.00 Lakhs per annum for the preceding 5 (five) financial years during the three preceding financial years, i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25 The turn over certificate shall have UDIN generated through ICAI Portal. The confirmation letter issued by Chartered Accountant shall also have UDIN generated through ICAI Portal)

Audited CA Certificate of Annual Turnover

Certificate from the Bank that the Bidder has to submit Liquid Financial resources of not less than Rs.20.00 lakhs. (Rupees Twenty Lakhs only).
