2nd Call for Annual rate contract for the work of repair and maintenance of water supply system including jungle and grass cutting and engagement of Mali at Bindu Barrage Complex of Jaldhaka Hydel Project in the district of Kalimpong-for two year

Clearing of chokage inside the water tank, catch pit, water supply line and removal of debries etc. to suitable distance as daily required to maintain the uninterrupted water supply throughout the year, including cost of tools & tackles etc. complete in all respect . Labour charges for engaging Gardener (Mali) Daily at Bindu Barrage Complex to maintain the plants including watering plants, trimming branches, removing dry leafs, flowers etc., preparing the soil, applying fertilisers & pesticides as required. Cost include supply of fertilisers, pesticides, tools & tackles complete in all respect.

Cutting of branches of trees shrubs and trimming of grass and weeds i) Trimming of grass and weeds from the shoulders /berms and disposing off the same to suitable locations as per technical specifications Clause 1914 for Rural Roads of MORD

Cleaning of Bindu colony and Barrage area drains as well as plinth area drains and spreading bleaching powder ( as required) on the top surface of drains as well as inside and outside including removing of mixed soil, garbages etc. uprooting of plants etc. as required complete including dressing and chill-chelling road flanks 0.03m to 1.00m. both side ( once in a week).

Cleaning of wet bed materials, boulders and silt from beds of Godak-Khola water source intake point for Bindu colony and Bindu Khola open desilting basin including removal of spoils within a lead of 50m and lift upto 1.5m. (this job is to be excuted as per direction of the EIC and after premeasurement taken jointly.)

Supplying empty Cement bags in good condition

Filling empty cement bags with local sand stitching the bag (cost of thread included) and carrying and placing them in positionand all incidental charges complete but excluding cost of sand and gunny bags.

Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes of approved make of Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads,fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. No separate payment will be made for accesories, specials. Payment for painting will be made seperately) (a) For Exposed Work PVC Pipes (Dia) 25 mm
