Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with fly-ash old size bricks having designation 75 conforming to IS-12894 (2002), straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab as specified and directed as under:- (a) Cleaning the existing RCC sunken slab and vertical wall/RCC beam and hacking the surface. (b) 15mm thick plastering over the floor & vertical surface in CM 1:4, mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50 kg of cement trowelled to even and smooth finish without using extra cement .(Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately). (c ) filling the sunken portion with water for 72 hrs and carring out the ponding test.(Any leakage /seapage noticed shall be repaired). (d) Applying two coats of elastomaric acrylic water proof coating Make: Dr. Fixit of pidilite or equivalent per sqm in each coat with roller application.(Note: Each coat of elastomaric acrylic compound requires 6-8hrs to dry up itself. Second coat shall be applied on getting the first coat completely dried up.)

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) including terrazzo, tiling etc of any description in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified.

M & L for providing plain cement concrete, type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor, foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm thick graded stone aggregate) as in floor and finishing top surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling or terrazzo finish including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300 mm X 200 mm X 7 mm thick as on vertical surface of wall such as skirting, dado, riser etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile over and including plastering 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square or Rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 Sqm but not exc. 0.18 sqm, as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile with and including screeding 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid to slop of 1:12, finished surface even and fair without using extra cement with and including all necessary form work to divide the area in panels, finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering where directed and providing 75 mm wide and 3 mm thick glass dividing strip inserted in position at every one meter and change of direction complete all as specified and directed.

The contracotor shall be fully responsible to safe guard these materials against losses/theft/deterioration etc till the same are deposited by him in MES Store yard (b) The contractor or his authorized representative shall attend office of AGE B/R for collection of complaints raised by user on regular basis and same has to be rectified /completed on requirement basis. If the contractors unable to rectify the complaints within stipulated time of 7 days (maximum), the penalty will be imposed to the contractor at the rate of Rs 500.00 per day for each complaint. (c) The above aspects shall be borne in mind by the tenderer while quoting the rates. The rates quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to include the above aspects.
