Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

The Bidder should have satisfactorily executed the said work mentioned in PQR No. 1, for an amount not less than Rs. 20.5 Lakhs in any one of the preceding Five financial years. (i.e.2021-22 ,2022-23,2023-24 ,2024-25 & 2025-26).As a proof the agency shall furnish single work order/Work done certificate of value not less than Rs. 20.5 Lakhs in any one of the preceding Five financial years. Work Orders of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year in which the tenders are invited).

The bidder shall have similar work experience in carrying out supply, installation and commissioning of I&C equipment /sensors/ Systems in any Power Plants or other process industries as per indicated technical specifications.As a proof, the agency shall submit relevant Work order/work done Certificate/s issued by an Officer not less than the rank of Chief Engineer /competent authority indicating the relevant requirements.

Financial Turnover: Agency shall have achieved an average annual financial turnover of Rs.41.00 Lakhs in any of the two preceding five Financial Years. As a proof, copy of Profit & Loss Account Statements / Turn over Certificates duly certified by a Chartered Accountant shall be furnished. (Financial turnover of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year in which the tenders are invited).
