S&F in repair for 1.5mm thick PVC sheets laminated plain coloured marble mosaic or molted finish laid with rubber based adhesive in floors and skirtings etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.Make :LG / M/s Krishna Vinlye/Armstrong

S & F in repair for wooden coloured interlocking tiles 1215 X 168 X 8 mm thick rectangular in floor/ dado laid over existing floor with foam sheet of approved best quality including joint/ polished end covering strip of make Kajaria/ Action tesa, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L for Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

M&L for non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match in floor over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board,of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F, false ceiling with 4mm thick E-board Everest make white prelaminated set embosed rainforced designer ceiling board of approved texure fixed with GI imposed grid frame work of size not more than 600x600mm having 24mm wide T-section runner made of 0.33mm GI sheet and angle made of 0.45mm, GI sheet suspected with 4mm dia GI wire including two coat of plastic emulsion paint over one coat primer complete all as specified. Note. All exposed surface of grid work shall be powder coated white.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L for 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to frame work as in Wall/ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling Mild Steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F, mild steel of joist channel, angle, Tee section, or hollow tubes (rectangle/square/round) fixed indepently without connecting plates confirming to Grade Fe 410-0 or Gde E-250 quality( A) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on RR stone/brick masonry walls,including raking out joints,hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1 : 4 on any faces of stone masonry or concrete block surfaces,finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (unreinforced), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, 75 mm thick as in sub base floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, platform, aprons etc., laid, bedded and pointed, in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L for concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25 mm thick , machine pressed set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigment and cut and polished including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Ditto all as per item No.17 above but except tiles.

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coasts of cement base paint. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.
