Taking down cement plaster on block masonary or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water all as specified and directed.

Raking out joints/pointing in walls for random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to course masonary built in cement or cement lime mortar all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L pre-cast cement concrete block masonary 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 all as specifed and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as specified and directed..

M&L for preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying three coats of white wash all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete as in fencing post all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 23 here in before but fabrication and fixing only all as specifed and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing of any size or type (the max. size of mesh does not exc 100mm x 100mm and dia of wire n.exc 3.15mm) all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing etc confirming to Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks, cooler stand , support using angle Iron, MS Flat Iron, tubular section etc and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel TMT bars of 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including crancking bending, spirally for hopping for columns etc hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars of 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including crancking bending, spirally for hopping for columns etc hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

M&L 80mm thick of M-40 grade precast concrete interlocking paver block casted in rubber moulds and compacted on vibratory tables of any shape and size as approved, confirming to IS 15658-2006 laid over and including 50mm thick cushion of fine sand and also joints filled by fine sand and compacting the top surfaces of paver blocks after laid all as specified and directed.

M&L 60mm thick M-35 grade precast concrete interlocking paver block casted in rubber moulds and compacted on vibratory tables of any shape and size as approved, confirming to IS 15658-2006 laid over and including 50mm thick cushion of fine sand and also joints filled by fine sand and compacting the top surfaces of paver blocks after laid all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates of 50 mm thick as in hard standing/flooring laid in alternet panel including use and waste of formwork, finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming construction joints 30mm deep x 8mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'B' all as specified and specified.

M&L for forming contraction (Dummy) joints 50 mm deep x 6mm wide, filled with sealing compound 'B', all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of 300mm dia pipes after they are laid and tested all as specified and directed.
