PART-'A' (Cleaning of jungle and grass of magazine complex). Cleaning of magazine complex including in and around magazine buildings by brooming,uprooting grass,vegetation, watering to earthing pits,including removing the rubbish, garbages etc. from the area cleared within a lead of 50 mtr as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Unskilled Manpower-02 nos per day for 610 working days) note: Deduction will be made as per the prevailing labour rates on non deployment of manpower

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood,trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

PART-B (Conservancy services of administrative building,canteen and dozer shed office,security check post,welding shed office,machine shop office of HEMM complex under B (W) OCP. Cleaning of building floors,tables,chair,almirah,urinal,w.c.pan toilet with detergent powder & phynil including cleaning of complex by brooming,uprooting of grass,bushes etc all complete as per the instruction of EIC. (Sanitary materials will be paid separately). (Unskilled Manpower-02 nos per day for 610 working days) note: Deduction will be made as per the prevailing labour rates on non deployment of manpower

PART-'C'-Lubricant shed,HSD pump complex of excavation w/s. Cleaning of building floor,table,chair,almirah,taking out of damped sand including disposal within a lead up 100 mtrs and spreading of fresh sand in lubricant shed as per the instruction of EIC.(Supply of sand paid separately). (Unskilled Manpower-01 nos per day for 610 working days) note: Deduction will be made as per the prevailing labour rates on non deployment of manpower

Supplying and stacking at work site coarse clean sand with all lead and all taxes, duties and royalty all complete.

PART-D (Cleaning and removal of sludge from the channel of washing ramp,oil and grease trap,settling tank in side the premises of HEMM workshop complex under Basundhara (W) OCP. Cleaning of sludge from the channels leading from washing platform of dumper to oil & grease trap and taking out the grease oil etc. from the oil tank and collecting in a drum (To be supplied by department),cleaning the sludge from oil tank in regular basis and collecting the same to a specified place upto 50 mtr lead and lift upto 1.5 mtr etc. complete as per the direction of EIC. (Unskilled Manpower-6 nos) note: Deduction will be made as per the prevailing labour rates on non deployment of manpower

Carriage of sludge,manure,earth by mechanical transport including manual loading and stacking at work site.(a) LEAD=1 KM (compacted earth)

PART-'E' (Lawn & garden including of grass and jungle of HEMM complex). Regular maintenance of lawn & garden area as per instruction of EIC:(i) Excavating, dressing and levelling of ground wherever required.(ii) Watering the lawn & garden. (iii)Mixing the manure with soil and spreading the same.(iv) Planting the grass and watering the same as per instruction of EIC.(v) Planting hedges and sampling seasonal flower, plants and maintenance the same (vI) Up rooting the weeds in regular interval (vii) Spreading the pesticides whenever required (Supply by the contractor). (Unskilled Manpower-1 nos per day for 610 working days) note: Deduction will be made as per the prevailing labour rates on non deployment of manpower

Cleaning of building,floor,table,chair,almirah and w.c. pan,urinals,bathroom with detergent powder & phynil including cleaning of complex by brooming,uprooting of grass bushes etc. all complete as per instruction of EIC.(Sanitary materials will be paid separately). (Unskilled Manpower-02 nos per day for 610 working days) note: Deduction will be made as per the prevailing labour rates on non deployment of manpower

PART-'G' (Conservancy services for weigh bridge No.1,3,4,5,6,7,8 & 9 of Basundhara (W) OCP. Cleaning of weigh bridge no.1,3,4,5,6,7,8 & 9 office room & its premises office of despatch incharge and its surrounding by brooming,uprooting of grass,cutting bushes and jungle and cleaning of coal dust,coal debries,collected coal from weigh bridge sump on a regular basis etc. all complete. (Job as per instruction of EIC). (Unskilled Manpower-07 nos per day for 730 working days) note: Deduction will be made as per the prevailing labour rates on non deployment of manpower

Earth work in rourgh excavation over area in all kinds of soil by mechanical means including mechanical loading into the tippers and transportation of the excavated earth within a lead of 1 KM including dressing of disposed soil wherever required etc. all complete as per the instruction of EIC.

PART-'H' (Annual maintenance of lawn & garden,medicinal park and herbal garden at Community park. Regular maintenance and development of lawn & garden,medicinal plant and herbal garden as per the scope of work by deploying six unskilled labour and one semiskilled labour on daily basis as per the instruction of EIC. Scope of work:-(i) Excavating,levelling and dressing the ground whenver required.(ii) Planting the grass and watering the same as per instruction of EIC.(iii) Mixing the manure with soil/sand and spreading the same excluding the cost of manure the same.(Iv)Planting hedges and sampling seasonal flowering plants and maintenance the same(Hedges and seasonal flowering plants will be supply by contractor). (v) Spreading the pescides whenever requied (Supply by the contractor).(vi) Up rooting the weeds in a regular interval. (Unskilled Manpower-04 nos per day for 610 working days) note: Deduction will be made as per the prevailing labour rates on non deployment of manpower
