CHARPOY GI NYLON NEWAR / PLY TOP (FD-220) Following nature of work will be executed at different unit locations including at BSO furniture yard under jurisdiction of GE(N) Secunderabad as directed by Engr-in-Charge / GE. M&L for removal of old broken/ unserviceable plywood of charpoy GI pipe and supply & fix new 12 mm thick BWR grade ply of size 1980mmx900mm as per IS-303 approved specification of Make: KIT PLY/ Century Ply/ Green ply on cleats welded on rails provided with nut & bolts with washer including providing 02 Nos new Flat iron strip of size 900mmx30mmx5mm thick duly welded on two long rails together on appropriate position of charpoy. Edges of Ply should be prepared with putty for moisture resistance. Flat Iron strip shall be painted with synthetic enameled paint in black colour over a coat of red oxided primer. Corners of plywood top should be rounded off properly before fixing on charpoy complete all as specified and shown on drg and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

Removal of unserviceable back of chair verandah and Supply and fix new PVC back 4mm thick with grooves 90x10mm 10 No. on seat of size 455x455mm weight not less than 1.85 KG and providing 20mm wide, 420mm long ,4mm thick mild steel flat iron support to PVC back with necessary welding complete all as specified, as shown on drawing and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing the old steel surfaces and painting with two coats of white synthetic enamel paint of Make: Berger/ Asian/ Nerolac with machine spray complete all as specified, as shown on drawing and as directed.

Remove unserviceable PVC shoe and providing new PVC shoes approved by Engr in charge .

ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL 1/2H 1/2S ( FD/E6/MAP/18) Removing the following old unserviceable/damaged part and replace/fix the same with new part to match with the existing item as per Drg: (a) 3 way locking assembly system for almirah large steel suitable for almirah all as shown in drawing as approved by Engr-in-charge.

(b) Lock : New Lock should be of 65mm, 6 lever Make Godrej/Harrison/Mortice .

(c) Cleat : New cleat should be of size 40mm x 25mm x1mm thick steel .

(d) CP handle 100mm long : Make SOMA/S.CEE all as shown in drawing as approved by Engr-in-charge.

(e) Legs : New legs must be made of 1mm thick MS sheet of size 485mm long x 100mm high x 100mm wide and to be joined with continuous gas welding as specified and shown in drg complete.
