Rennovation of Office Room of The Assistant Engineer PWD RnB under KanchanpurDivision PWD RnB during the F.Y. of 2025-2026. SH/- False ceiling painting furniture electrical works etc.

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. i) 12.5 mm thick square edge PVC Laminated Gypsum Tile of size 595x595 mm, made of Gypsum plasterboard, manufactured from natural gypsum as per IS 2095 part I and laminated with white 0.16mm thick fire retardant PVC film on the face side and 12micron metalized polyester on the back side with all edges sealed with the face side PVC film which goes around and wraps the edges and is bonded to the edges and the back side metalized polyester film so as to make the tile a completely sealed unit.

Providing and fixing in position wall panelling at all heights with 12.5 mm thick Perforated Gypsum Board panels/tiles made from plasterboard having glass fibre conforming to IS: 2095 part I, of size 595 x 595mm, having perforation of 9.7x9.7 mm at 19.4 mm c/c with centre borders of 48 mm and the side borders of 30 mm, having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.65 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). Non combustible as per BS:476 (part-4), fire performance as per BS:476 (part 6 &7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity <0.043 W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991, comprising of a frame made from especially fabricated galvanised mild steel size 48 x 34 x 36 mm are placed at 600mm center to center in a floor and ceiling channel section of size 50 x 32m fixed to the floor and soffit at 600mm centers using 12mm dia,50mm long wedge type expanded zinc alloy dash fastner with 10mm bolt. This same channel is then to be fixed in horiziontal direction at 600mm center to center so as to form a grid of 600mm x 600mm. Resin bonded Glasswool of 24kg/m³ and 50mm thickness is then to be inserted in the slots and finally Gypsum Board non combustible panels/tiles are to be screw fixed with self tapping pan head nickel coated mild steel screws of size 13 x 3.2mm on to this grid leaving an even groove of 1 mm between the panels. The joints between the panels are to be duly jointed and finished using recommended jointing compound and fiber joint tape roll 50mm wide (90 metre) roll and two coats of primer suitable for panelling as per manufacturer's specification as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge all complete.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : i) Of area 3 sqm and below.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS : 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineerincharge. (Glazing and paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :- For fixed portion of approved quality:- Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15).

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately ):- Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15).

Providing and fixing glazing of approved quality in aluminium doors, windows, ventilator, shutters and partition etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-charge (Cost of snap beading shall be paid in basic item) :- With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness ( weight not less than 10.0 kg / sqm )

Providing and fixing aluminium casement windows fastener of required length for aluminium windows with necessary screws etc. of approved quality complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:- Anodised aluminium of grade AC 15 ).

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position : i) Local Teak Wood

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veeners on both faces of shutters. 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. pressed Parliamentary hinges with necessary screws etc. complete : i) 100 × 125 × 27 × 2.80 mm

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S.sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete i) 300×16 mm

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. handles conforming to IS:4992 with necessary screws etc. complete : i) 125 mm

Providing and fixing bright finished brass hanging type floor door stopper with necessary screws, etc. complete.

Providing and fixing IS : 3564 marked aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Distempering with 1st quality washable acrylic distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old work ( one or more coats ), to give an even shade as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of 3/6 pin15/16 amps plug point with piano type 15/16 amps switch and socket including connection with 2x2.5 sq. mm PVC insulated Copper conductor cable (FR) on switch board, earthing the 3rd pin etc. as required:-

Supplying and fixing of the following PVC casing capping with all accessories etc. as required. B) 25mm x 12mm

Supplying and fixing of the following electrical accessories including necessary connection etc. as required. E) 16/20 amps piano type switch

Supplying and fixing of the following sizes GI (in recess) and plastic (on surface) modular switch boards etc. as required. A) 1-2 module GI switch board:-

Supplying and fixing of the following modular accessories including necessary connection etc. as required. C) 16/20 amps one way SP switch (1M) :-

Earthing with Copper earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 3 mm thick i/c accessories and providing masonry enclosure with CI cover plate Size 12"x 12" having locking arrangement, along with 20 mm dia (medium gauge) watering pipe including CC work etc as required:-

Providing in/c testing and commissioning (except installation) of Split type High wall split A.C Machine with Inverter compressor technology operating on non-CFC refrigerant (R-410A/R-32/equivalent refrigerants) suitable for wall mounting conforming to IS:1391 (Part-II) specification (Evaporator & Condenser must have copper pipe) suitable for operation on 230 volt +- 10%, not less than 3 (Three) Star rating (2019 Standard), 50Hz, Single Phase AC Supply capable of performing a) Cooling b) Dehumidifying c) Air Circulation d) Filtering as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 2.00TR(6000 kcal/hr)

Standard installation of 1.5TR/2.00TR capacity High Wall Split type Air Conditioner in/c repairing of drilled wall by cement mortar, painting in/c necessary insulation of copper pipes and also providing electrical 3 pin 16 amp Top for connection in socket & necessary scafolding etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fabrication of M.S platform for placement of condensing unit by using M.S angle of (50x50x5) mm size base plate, nuts & bolts or cradle of suitable sizes in/c fitting, fixing, grouting by cement mixer, painting as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and installation of additional length of copper pipe of 5/8" and 1/4" diameter or suitable diameter for suction and liquid line in a set and wrapping of copper pipes between indoor and outdoor unit (1.5 TR & 2.00 TR AC) beyond the standard length as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and connecting Electric Control cables between indoor unit and outdoor unit beyond the standard length 3C X 2.5 sq. mm copper cable.

Wrought Iron and Mild Steel Welded Work Wrought iron and mild steel welded work (using angles, square bars, tees and channel in grills, grating frames, gates and tree guards of any size and design etc. including cost of screens and welding rods or bolts and nuts complete fixed in position but without the cost of excavation and concrete for fixing which will be paid separately as per MoRT&H technical specifications Clauses and as directed.
