Providing Colour work with Material supply

Providing and applying two coats of primer, putty if required for surface preparation and two coats of Weather Acrylic based Apex Paint of Asian, Berger, Nerolac make including removing of all loose particales by using sand paper with approved shade as instructed by engineer in charge.

Providing and applying two coats primer, putty for surface preparation and two or more coats of Plastic emulsion paint to achieve even shade and colour including removing of all loose particles by using sand paper,brush and roller for Inside Wall as instructed by Engineer in charge(Any colour,shade as approved by engineer in charge from shade card of approved make:Asian,berger,Nerolac)

Providing and applying one coat primer, putty if required for surface preparation and one coat of Plastic emulsion paint to achieve even shade including removing of all loose particles by using sand paper,brush and roller for Inside Wall as instructed by Engineer in charge. (Any colour,shade as approved by engineer in charge from shade card of approved make:Asian,berger,Nerolac)

Providing and applying two or more coats of Asian Paints Royale Luxury Emulsion or equivalent premium luxury interior emulsion With Premium Primer Same Equivalent over one coat of approved primer and necessary wall putty, including surface preparation, rubbing with emery paper, filling cracks/undulations, scaffolding, labour, materials, tools & tackles, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying two coats of exterior primer, putty if required for surface preparation with Wall Textured exterior paint of any shade including removing of all loose particles by using sand paper, brush and roller required with approved Make for Exterior Wall as instructed by Engineer in charge. Providing and applying three or more coats Water Thinnable Epoxy Coating and Anti Efflorescence Prime Coat followed by two or more coats of Plastic emulsion paint to achieve even shade and colour make including removing of all loose particles by using sand paper & Hand Grinder Machine scrapper for treating efflorescene on walls as instructed by engineer in charge. Make: ISI Standard Make

Providing and applying three or more coats Damp Proof Paint followed by two coats primer, putty if required for surface preparation and two or more coats of Plastic emulsion paint to achieve even shade and colour Asian, Berger, Nerolac make including removing of all loose particles by using sand paper & Hand Grinder Machine scrapper as instructed by engineer in charge.

Single Layer Scaffolding Fixing / Erecting H-Frame Staging / Scaffolding required for surface preparation, applying primer, putty, paint at any height, any other works and as instructed by engineer in charge. Scaffolding will generally be single but may be double if warranted for the particular work as approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying Two coats Red Oxide Primer, Metal Putty for surface preparation if required and two or more coats of Enamel paint to achieve even shade and colour on wall,steel & other metal Surfaces Asian, Berger, Nerolac make including removing of all loose particles, cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter by using sand paper,brushing with a wire/stiff coir brush and clean the surface with approved shade as instructed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying Two coats Zinc Oxide Primer, Metal Putty for surface preparation if required and two or more coats of Epoxy based Enamel paint to achieve even shade and colour on wall,steel & other metal Surfaces Asian, Berger, Nerolac make including removing of all loose particles, cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter by using sand paper,brushing with a wire/stiff coir brush and clean the surface with approved shade as instructed by Engineer in charge.

Providing & applying White washing with lime ISI Standard Make on wall surfaces and ceiling (two or more coats) to give an even shade and colour including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and other foreign matter as instructed by Engineer in charge.

Prov. & Appl. Lacquer polish on Wood & Wood based surfaces to give an even surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and sand papered smooth including a coat of wood filler as instructed by Engineer in charge.

Prov. & Appl. Melamine polish on Wood & Wood based surfaces to give an even surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and sand papered smooth including a coat of wood filler as instructed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying two coats primer, putty for surface preparation and three or more coats of P.U. paint to achieve even shade and colour Asian, Berger, Nerolac Make including removing of all loose particles by using sand paper with approved shade as instructed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying Polyurethane (PU) Clear Polish (Matt/Gloss as approved) on wooden surfaces including surface preparation, machine sanding, 1 coat PU Sealer, 2 coats PU Base Coat and 2 coats PU Clear Finish Coat, with intermediate sanding between coats to obtain a smooth, scratch-resistant and durable finish complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(make- Asian ,Berger,Nerolac)

Providing and applying Polyurethane (PU) Colour Finish of approved make and shade on wooden/metal surfaces including thorough surface preparation, cleaning, rubbing, filling with approved putty, 1 coat PU Primer, 2 coats PU Undercoat and 2 coats PU Colour Finish Coat, including sanding between coats and all labour, materials, tools and equipment required to achieve a smooth, uniform and durable finish complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..(make- Asian ,Berger,Nerolac)

Providing and applying Duco Colour Finish of approved make and shade on wooden/metal surfaces including surface preparation, putty work, rubbing/sanding, 1 coat suitable Primer, 2 coats Duco Undercoat and 2 coats Duco Finish Coat, including all materials, labour and accessories required to achieve a smooth and uniform finish complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..(make- Asian ,Berger,Nerolac)

Providing & Applying Distempering (two or more coats) with Oil Bound Distemper Color of Asian, Berger, Nerolac make of required shade on wall surfaces to give an even shade and colour, over & including a priming coat with a distemper primer putti of required coats of approved brand & manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping & other foreign matter & also including preparing the surface even & sand papered smooth as instructed by Engineer in charge.

Providing & Applying Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads, air fields and like in one coats with road marking paint ISI Standard Make Brushing including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter as instructed by Engineer in charge.

Providing & Applying Painting two or more coat (excluding priming coat) on previously painted steel and other metal surfaces Like Steel Cupboard, Coat Trolly, Rack etc. with “Machine Spray” enamel paint brushing to give an even shade and colour Asian, Berger, Nerolac make including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter as instructed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying two coats of enamel paint on previously painted wooden doors, fire doors and metal doors, over one coat of suitable primer (where required) and surface preparation including wood filler for wooden surfaces only, complete with cleaning of loose particles, dust and all foreign matter, using Asian / Berger / Nerolac make or approved equivalent, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Applying two coats of primer putty for surface preparation and two or more coats color of Asian, Berger, Nerolac, or equivalent brand having contents Anti-bacterial and anti-fungus including removing of all loose particles by using sand paper, brush and roller to achieve even shade and colour to the wall and ceiling including staging /scaffolding as per manufacturer applying process brush/Roller required and also as instructed by Engineer in charge.

Note: 1. The above mentioned quantity are tentative only and it may vary (Increase or Decrease) as per actual requirement and site condition. The above rates are all inclusive of providing services at the site of work of UNMICRC, including Transportation and required tools and tackles with all Safety Measures as per BOQ item etc. 2.Rate are invited for the Painting work at site of work at UNMICRC with Transporting, loading, unloading, stacking as and where required as per instruction of representative of UNMICRC including GST etc.
