REPAIR/MAINTENANCE AND PERIODICAL SERVICES TO RCC OVERHEAD TANKS, UG SUMPS AND STATIC WATER TANKS INCLUDING ARRESTING LEAKAGE/SEEPAGE AND ALLIED WORKS SVN, NSV, MO(V), NCB, DOLPHIN HILLS AND ADJACENT AREAS UNDER GE (UTILITY-II) VISAKHAPATNAM

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall including raking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar CM 1:4 to brick/concrete wall surfaces with liquid water proofing compund, finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Work to be carried out upto 25 mtr height. 2. Water Poorfing compound shall be meaured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 to brick/concrete wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of new plastered Internal wall surface and applying followings complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Applying 1mm thick wall care putty on wall surface and smoothening the surface prepatory to paint. (b) Two coat of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) and including one coat of primer by using Airless spray / Roller over complete.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying two coat of OBD, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of new external plastered wall surface and applying followings complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Applying 1mm thick wall care putty on wall surface and smoothening the surface prepatory to paint. (b) Two coat of exterior acrylic emulsion by using roller over and including one coat of acrylic emulsion external primer complete.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on old external wall surfaces of any desciption, preperation of surface by Mechanised sander having suction vaccum bag using smart periodical methodology, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 1mm thick wall care putty on prepared surfaces of walls / Chajja's / facia/ ceiling / Ext surfaces (thickness vary from 1.0 to 1.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. (ii) Please note that the further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge.
