Dahi Matka making complete process taking milk from storage tank, heating, cooling up to desired temperature, addition of culture, packing of matka, keeping in incubation room. After sealing then incubation room to blast room. From blast room to any cold storage. Shifting to products store, cleaning of section, inoculation tank or any other work related to instruction shift incharge, and withdrawal of packing material including caustic/ nitric acid from store.

Dahi Cup 50gms to 500gm packing complete process by automatic machine, (A) Withdrawal of packing material including caustic/ Nitric acid from store. (B) Cleaning of packing area, inoculation vats, pipe lines, incubation room, trolley, rack etc. (C) Coding on aluminum Lid. (D) Filling of cup/Matka manually with cultured milk. (E) Sealing of cups with Aluminum lids. (F) Packing into C. Boxes. (G) Batch wise shifting of Dahi to Incubation room. After settling of curd shifted to blast room. Then blast room to any cold store. (Ground floor cold store) (H) Return of damaged materials to store. (I) The contractor will provide worker as per requirement. Otherwise Rs. 400/- per short worker penalty will be imposed. (J) Contractor is full responsible for weight coding of each Cups/Maktas/Pouches. If any complication arises in the market or any matter goes to the Court. Then contractor will be full responsible for same. (K) Cleaning of cold store, blast room, incubation room, and filling packing area. Provide one person specially for cleaning. (L) Maintaining hygienic condition during production and packing of dahi shall be the responsibility of contractor. (M) Receiving of milk from R&P section to Incubation tanks. (N) In case of breakdown of packing machine, the manual packing will be done by the contractor. No extra charges will pay for the manual packing. (O) shifting of finished Dahi Product from Production cold store to Marketing cold Store. (P) Shifting of finished Dahi Matka and Dahi pouches from perforated trays to milk pouch trays. (Q) Decapping and cleaning of damaged leakage cup, Pouch, Matka, tray etc. and shifting of damaged/leakage cup, pouch, matka to lassi section of old dairy will be reasonability of contractor.

Paneer manufacturing ---------- (Rate per Kg Paneer) Standardized milk is receiving from storage tank to heating coil. After desire temperature then few to coagulation tank. After desire temperature reach coagulation addition GDL or Citric acid or any other coagulation then pressing for 15-20 minutes then added in chilled water tank, then shifting to cold storage. Cleaning of coil, coagulation tank, chiller tank, pressing hoops, trays, pipe lines, etc.
Paneer Packing ----- (Rate per Kg) Including shifting in cold store & shifting to any products store. ( 10 packet of paneer 200gm packed in 2kg Liner )
Manual packing of Kheer complete process including shifting in any cold store / products store. after Weighing of each case.

Manual packing of Badam Milk 50ml to 400ml complete process including shifting in cold store/production store. ( Rate per Bottle/ Plastic Tub/Jar/ 50ml to 400ml) A) Withdrawal of packing material. B) Cleaning of packing area. C) Coding on Label Rapper. D) Washing of bottle. E) Filling of bottle. F) Sealing of bottle with lids, shrink sleeve with gun. G) Packing into create. H) Batch wise shifting of Badam milk bottle to cold Store. I) Return of damaged material to store. J) The contractor will provide worker as per requirement. Otherwise Rs. 400/- per short worker penalty will be imposed. K) Contractor is full responsible for weight coding of each bottle. If any complication arises in the market or any matter goes to the court. Then contractor will be full responsible for same. L) Cleaning of cold store and packing area. M) Maintaining hygienic condition during production and packing of badam milk be the shall be the responsibility of contractor. N) Decapping and cleaning of damaged leakage bottle.
Namkeen Lassi/Plain Lassi ----- making & packing & shifting to cold store. Lassi Pouch filling, cleaning of tray, in tray washer, tray which are not cleanable by tray washer are to be cleaned manually. A penalty of Rs.10/- per tray will be imposed for dirty trays if found, shifting to cold store and segregation of leaky pouch during loading. Shifting of Lassi tray from cold store. Near the loading vehicle for loading purpose during day and night any loading time and clearing of cold storage and maintain of hygienic condition. Preparation of Curd Mixing of Water Grinding & Mixing of Adrak and Hari Mirch Mixing of Lassi Masala, Kala salt & salt Then packing in 50ml to 1000ml in poly film by machine. Withdrawal of packing material from store. Shifting of waste poly film to scrap yard. Shorting of leak pouches in cold store and cleaning of cold store. Contractor is full responsible for the weight of each pouches & printing of date, batch No. rate on each lassi pouches. (Rate per tray 12ltr. in each tray)
Sweet Lassi / Flavor Lassi - making & packing & shifting to cold store. Lassi Pouch filling, cleaning of tray, in tray washer, tray which are not cleanable by tray washer are to be cleaned manually. Manual packing of jeera Raita complete process including shifting in cold store / products store. Weighing of each case and withdrawal of packing material from store. (Rate per cup 50gm to 500 gms.)
SMP 25 kgs. Coding and numbering of empty K.P bags packing, weighting of each bag stitching of filled bags, cleaning of powder packing hall, withdrawal of packing material including caustic and nitric acid from the store, removing of powder from chimney, wet cleaning of chamber, cleaning of plant and concentrate vat, pipe, lines & opening of chocked calandarya. Minimum Seven labour in three shift. Weight of Individual bags is to be done before shifting to store (Rate per bag)
W.M.P. 10 Kg. Tin filling complete process including cleaning of Tin, coding, numbering of Tins, stacking withdrawal of packing material including caustic/ nitric acid from store, removing of powder from chimney, wet cleaning of chamber, cleaning of plant and opening of chocked calandarya. Weight of Individual tins is to be done before shifting to store. Minimum thirteen workers in three shift. (Rate per Tin)
Soldering of 10 Kg milk powder Tins including spot soldering of lids at four equidistant places and all round soldering of Top Tagger plate so as make the tin leak proof. All soldering material will be of Contractor. (including material) (Rate per Tin)
Nitrogen gas packing of 10 Kgs. WMP Tins (Two times) soldering at eight points, and stacking in lots wise. (Nitrogen gas will be supplied by Verka Bathinda Dairy.) (Rate per Tin )

(B) Putting the SMP in hoper (C) Weighing of each packet (D) Proper coding on each packet (E) Keeping the packet in K.P. bag (F) Weighing of each bag Recoding, sticking of bags and stacking (G) Withdrawal of packing material from store (H) Proper cleaning of section, floor, glass, webs, machines etc. (I) Decapping of leakage packet in liner and shift to reconstitution area. Panjiri project (Rate per Kgs) A) Drawing of Material from store B) Dumping of Raw material at 15 feet high platform putting into hopper after weighment in proper ratio. Addition of ghee and sugar in mixing hopper. Addition of vitamin premix and mineral premix after proper weighment in mixing hopper. C) After collection of panjiri in trollies and shifting of trollies to packing place and filtering the panjiri, packing of panjiri by automatic packing machine individual packet weigment, keeping the packet in 25kgs bags, sticking the bags. D) Every 25. filled panjiri bags weighing and weight record to be maintained & stacking 25 Kg bags. E) Maintaining hygienic condition during production and packing of panjiri shall be the responsibility of contractor. F) Contractor will have to manufacture and pack 7 MT panjiri daily in day shift. G) Contractor is full responsible for weight, date, batch etc. of individual packets of Panjiri. Any complication arises in the market or any matter goes to the Court. Contractor will be full responsible for same. H) Transfer ghee form production to panjiri plant. I) Washing and clearing of cans. J) Return of damaged materials to store. K) Withdraw of packing material form store.

Contractor is full responsible for the weight of each pouches & printing of date, batch No., rate etc. on each milk pouches withdrawal of packing materials (Rate per tray of 12 Ltrs. in each tray)
