CONSTRUCTION OF 25 NUMBER,40 M INDIA MARK– II HAND PUMP BY RIG MACHINE IN HARIDWAR CONSTITUENCY, DISTT- HARIDWAR UNDER HONORABLE C.M. ANNOUNCEMENT

Transportation of suitable truck mounted rig machine along with all necessary accessories connected T&P required for drilling and erection of rig including leveling etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer Incharge.

Drilling of bores as per IS 2800-1979 in bajri & boulders, clay etc(in Haridwar constituency area of District Haridwar ). including cost of attachments consumable stores, bits. Water, Pea Gravel etc. complete with system. Including lowering of 125mm nominal bore 5.4mm thick MSERW fincut casing pipe which will be welded together using 2.5mm or 3.25mm dia Advani Over link on electrodes with plain ends and the other end Champhered to 50 degrees removing paint on the area to be welded inclusive of the cost of bio-degradable and non toxic from flush etc. complete in all respect including flushing of bore well to get sand free discharge as per direction of Engineer-Incharge.

Supply & Lowering of 125mm dia 5.4mm thick as per ISS 1239/4270 with tolerance MSERW fincut casing pipe from approved manufacturers complete in all respect.

Supply & Installation of ISI Marked India Mark-II Deep Hand pump conforming to IS:9301 consisting of head assembly, Cylinder assembly complete with all necessary accessories.

Supply & Lowering of IS marked 32mm dia riser pipe medium class screwed and socketed as per IS 1239(part I) 1990 with up to date amendments, electric resistance welding in random length of 3 Mts.

Supply & Fixing of 12mm x 3 Mtr long 4 Nos. connecting rods.

Supply & Fixing of pre cast RCC plate form 1.2mt. dia with standing base 60x 60cm. compete in all respect.

Supply &fixing of pre cast RCC drain consisting 3.0Mt. length compete in all respectas per direction of engineer in charge.

Supply & fixing of 1.20 mt long 80mm dia ‘B’ class MS pipe’s slotted filter with 1/16”x3” size slots, one end knob and other end 10mm thick 4½ OD MS collar plate welding complete.

Chemical and bacteriological test of water sample after installation of hand pump from BHEL Haridwar as per IS code 10500 : 1991 and submitting the test report.

Embossing & painting on hand pump following information regarding identification of HP on aluminum plate size 100x150x3mm and plate shall be riveted with the hand pump at appropriate point inclusive cost of material showing the detail as per direction of Engineer -in- incharge.
