Repairs and Renovation of Varuna Park Bungalow - III

Note: 1) The useful materials obtained during progress of work shall be handed over to Colony Maintenance Department unless otherwise specified/indicated. 2) The bidders/firms have to check the site conditions prior quoting for the tender. 3) All materials & labour including scaffolding materials are in contractors scope and applicable to all the schedule items, unless otherwise specified in that item. 4) All dismantlled and unuseful materials/building rubbish shall be disposed out of premises of Varuna Park duly following GVMC rules/norms.

Providing and fixing double charger vitrified tiles of size 600X600X 10mm with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make like SOMANI / KAJARIA / RAK / JOHNSON, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in flooring and 12 mm thick CM (1:3) in skirting, including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. Quoted rate shall be including removal of old tiles / existing flooring up to required thickness and disposal of debries out side the HSL premisses including cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna & Jaypee) & all materials complete all as directed.

Providing and fixing 1st quality anti-skid floor tiles in toilets & wash rooms of 10mm thick (edge cut) conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make SOMANI / KAJARIA / CERA /JOHNSON in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 in flooring and Ceramic glazed tiles 10mm thick in dado and skirting (concept design) over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3, including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., Quoted rate shall be including removal of old tiles / existing flooring up to required thicknessand disposal of debries out side the HSL premisses including cost of applying water proofing chemical in flooring and dado and cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna & Jaypee) & all materials complete all as directed.

Apply two coats of premium quality acrylic Interior emulsion paint over a coat of primer, required shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (Royal shine), Berger (silky luxury) including necessary scaffolding and where ever specified by Engineer after removing the existing old paint by scrappping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches by applying putty upto required thickness etc., complete all as directed.

Apply two coats of premium quality weather proofing arcylic Exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer, required shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (apex ultima), Berger (All guard) where ever specified by Engineer after removing the existing old paint by scrappping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches by applying putty upto required thickness including necessary scaffolding etc., complete all as directed.

Providing 15 mm thick plaster with CM (1:4) to walls at all heights, lintel soffits, chajjas, projections, narrow bands, widths and where ever required etc., including application of waterproofing chemical of fosroc make or MYK and cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna & Jaypee) including removal of damaged old plastering whereever required and all materials, tools, plant and labour, scaffolding arrangements and curing all as per specifications and directions of the engineer.

Providing building up of isolated damaged portions in coloumns, sunshades, ceilings etc., whereever required using polymer modified cementations mortar with cement sand ratio 1:3 using Nito bond SBR/ approved equivalent at the rate of 7lts/ bag of cement to an minimum thickness of 25 mm to 50 mm over the primed surface usisng Nito bond SBR in 1:1:3 by volume (Nitobond SBR :water: cement) after cleaning the rust on existing reinforcement and applying red oxid paint. Repair mortar has to be applied before priming coat dries, if the bonding compound dried it should be re- coated) and curing the repair mortar after competion of repair work with Nito bond AR (1 part of water by volume) as a curing membarance at a coverage of 8-10 Sq.m / lit cost including scaffolding & staging work up to 10 M height and wherever necessary, all complete as specified and directed by the engineer in charge.

Applying two coats of putty of approved brands Birla / JK to new and old wall surfaces up to false ceiling level including applying suitable primer including necessary scaffolding and staging where ever required. Putty shall be finished till a smooth and even surface is achieved etc., complete all as directed.

Apply two coats of snowcem paint of required colour to outsidel walls and where ever required etc., complete all as directed.

Providing Two (2) coats of white washing with suryacem / Hitech gold to ceilings and whereever required after thorough scrapping, sand papering and cleaning the surface to give even shade etc., complete all as directed.

Providing two (2) coats of synthetic enamel paint to wooden door, window frames and shutters and MS grills, MS hand rails and where ever specified (on wood surface / on steel surface) (after removing the rust by using wire brush or sand paper for steel surface / clean the surface of wood) of approved brand (Asian / Berger / Shalimar / Nerolac) and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on old work including applying prime coat complete all as directed

Removing and refixing of existing wooden shutters after removing old glass panes and replace with new glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm) with putty and nails wherever necessary and replace the butt hinges including racking out the old putty and handing over of useful glass panes etc., complete. (area of glass panes to be measured)

Taking out existing wooden door shutters and cutting to required length for laying floor tiles and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of old butt hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Removal/dismantling of existing sanitary fittings like wash basins, taps, EWC / IWC / Bathtub and sanitary lines & water lines by chipping & removing and removing external CI pipe lines if any etc., including handing over of useful materials to colony store and dispose of debris to out side the Colony premises etc., complete

Supply of 110 mm dia UPVC (SWR) Soil and waste pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type B, jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, including fixing of clamps, bends, shoes (supreme/ prince make) complete

Supply of 75 mm dia UPVC (SWR) Soil and waste pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type B, jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, including fixing of clamps, bends, shoes (supreme/ prince make) complete

Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal dia Pipes CPVC pipes for concealed plumbing lines of approved make Supreme / Prince / Astral including necessary fittings like bends, elbows, unions & required gate valves etc. Quoted rate shall include cost of cutting chases and making good the same and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 25 mm nominal dia Pipes CPVC pipes for external plumbing lines of approved make Supreme / Prince / Astral including necessary fittings like bends, elbows, unions nd required gate valves etc. Quoted rate shall include cost of cutting chases and making good the same and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Supply & provide 100 mm dia Stainless steel (floor trap) grating of approved quality etc., complete

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for black Granite kitchen platforms as per requirement, approved shade, colour and texture including Providing edge moulding and machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete after removing the existing granite platform including cost of cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna & Jaypee) and all materials.

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel A ISI 304 (18/8) kitchen sink with drain board of size 510x1040 mm bowl depth 250 mm as per IS: 13983 with C.I. brackets and stainless steel plug 40 mm, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required etc., complete (Nirali / Anjali / Parryware make)

Supplying, fitting and glazed vitreous china wash basin 550X400mm Size of Parryware / Hindware / Jaquar make with central tap hole including supplying and fixing of C.I brackets painted with one coat of approved red oxide Zinc Chromate primer and two coats of approved synthetic enamel paints, 15mm dia Chromium plated approved deluxe head pillar tap with long neck, 32mm dia Chromium plated heavy duty approved waste fittings, chain rubber plug etc, all as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer, including all materials, tools, plant and labour etc., complete
