servicing/repairs of Electro mechanical machinery along with repairs/upgradation of MS rising main including allied works at LIS chajja

(a) Repairs/upgradation by way of P/F new 200mm dia. M.S Pipe measuring 9m in length to be utilized as per requirement for wash out arrangement for the existing rising main of LIS Chajja by way of cutting/chiseling and adaption of welding job for insertion/laying of pipe of 9m length after making proper alignment and its complete welding cutting/welding with suitable MS electrodes for slag free welded joints as per site conditions including grinding and welding to make smooth surface finish. Further the job includes fabrication of suitable MS bend from existing rising main of 250mm with a wide curve including circumferential welding job at site with filling of all left over gaps. Job also includes providing and fitting of 1 no. sluice valve of 150mm dia along with 2 no. flanges for newly laid/fabricated wash out system, complete circumferential welding of flanges with requisite no. of holes after matching the holes of the newly fitted sluice valve with allied materials like nuts/bolts and RI sheet etc. complete job includes painting of newly laid wash out MS pipe along with sluice valve by applying two coats of primer and two coats of paint for making the surface of pipes smooth and dirt free. The job also includes Providing /fitting of main NRV of dia 250mm after dismantling of old existing damaged 250mm dia NRV from the rising main by way of unscrewing, cutting /welding job at LIS Chajja. Job further includes fitting of new 250mm dia NRV after making the proper alignment including p/f of MS flanges, nuts / bolts at LIS Chajja. Complete job include cost on account of material used, and labour charges including hiring of the vehicle for complete execution of the job to and fro charges inclusive of HS Diesel at site for execution of job at site. Complete job (b) Servicing/Repairs to 250 KVA voltage stabilizer of LIS Chajja by way disconnecting of all electrical connections, dismantling its top cover using chain pulley block, extraction of inner frame, removal of 3No. coils, nuts & bolts etc. Reconditioning of 3 no. coil and T oil by drying it using blowers and electric heater at site, varnishing by standard quality varnish. P/F of new, new brass nuts & bolts, copper thimbles, and 110 liters T oil for topping up the voltage stabilizer. making all the electrical connections and testing the insulation. The job includes cost of material, hire charges of tools and tackles used and labour charges, installation and testing of the voltage stabilizer on full load conditions. complete job (c) Dismantling the 100Hp motor of unit-II from base frame for extraction of burnt/damaged windings, carriage to the workshop using transportation, cleaning of stator slots and complete rewinding of the motor with new copper wire of requisite gauge/specifications and of standard make. Providing & fitting of new insulation & packing material and varnishing with superior quality varnish and drying in oven at controlled temperature. The job also involves lubrication of De and NDE bearings. Complete job includes cost of material & labour charges with hire charges of tools and tackles. (d). Repairs to 100 HP oil immersed starter of pumping unit no. I and II by way of extracting the damaged copper contact points both moving and fixed, thimbles, no volt coil, tripping system , overload relay and replacing the same with new ones , minor repairs to handle mechanism . Providing/filling of 10 litres transformer oil for topping of starters. The job includes cost of material, labour charges, installation and testing charges at site. The Rebate on old damaged parts/scrap should be quoted in the rebate column provided in BOQ
