Providing security service to all BBMP Office Buildings in Basavanagudi Constituency for the year 2025-26

Mandating satisfactory completion as a prime contractor for at least one similar work to an extent of Rs.31.68 Lakhs of the cost of the work.

Tenderers who meet the specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under For Assessed available tender capacity refer the tender document

Tenderers registered in BBMP or equivalent registration of KPWD/CPWD or any state Governmental Organization for the execution of works

Bidder should submit valid register ESI certificate

Bidder should submit valid register EPF certificate

Bidder should submit valid Labour License

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years financial years. (i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25) Achieved an average annual financial turnover of Rs.63.35 Lakhs (usually not less than the estimated cost under this contract for works costing upto Rs.100.00 Lakhs))

liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.19.00 Lakhs from the nationalized bank only, No private bank will be accepted. (Credit lines/ letters of credit/ certificates from banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc. (usually 30% of the amount of contract) for works costing upto Rs.100 Lakhs.
