Works contract for Erection of 33 KV 3x400 sq.mm UG Cable and HT OH line for extension of HT supply to M/s.Airports Authority of India, Trichy in Sembattu section of East/Trichy division in respect of Trichy Metro EDC.

Transporting of 11 KV HT cable from departmental stores to work spot by engaging private vehicle /lorry with suitable bedding arrangements including loading and unloading of cable drums using crane.

Earth work excavation {0.6m (W) x 1.35m (D)} in all kinds of soils within an Initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m in trenches(Narrow pits) including cost of providing barricades, sign boards danger lights indication arrangements where ever necessary, during earth work, lead,lift labour, tools and plants etc., complete.

Removing the black topping (Tar portion) at any thickness for forming cable trench and cable duct at road crossing {0.6m (W) x 0.30 (D)} from road surface (clear) including cost of providing barricades, sign boards danger lights indication arrangements where ever necessary during earth work, lead,lift labour, tools and plants etc., complete.

Uncoilng and laying of HT cable (Laying UG Cable without damage at the Centre of trench) in the excavated trench including drawing the cable through RCC/GI/PVC pipes wherever necessary at road crossings etc.., without UG Cable damage (ie.with suitable laying equipments such as pulling eye /cable stocking, Pulling rope, rollers etc.), including tools and plants labour lead lift etc.., complete

Providing good quality of crusher dust / sand a depth upto 150mm (6") by hand filling for good bedding including cost of materials, labour, leads and lifts etc.., complete

Laying of 33 KV RCC "V" Troughs over the laid UG cable properly (without damage the cable & V Trough) including loading,unloading ,transport etc.,

Supply and of erection of UG cable identification marker in RCC(1:2:4) using 20mm HBs metal of size 0.3x0.60m and of 100mm thick engraving letters "TNEB UG cable" painting the engraved letters , fixing the cable marker in a bed of PCC (1:3:6) using 20mm HBs metal of size 0.45X0.3X0.45 m including cost of all materials,labour, transporting to the destination all leads and lifts etc.,complete.

Refilling with excavated earth(without stones), consolidating in layers up to the top brought for line with the existing surface including cost of labour lead lift etc.., complete.

Supplying and laying of 160/200 mm.dia PVC pipe of 6 Kg of approved ISI quality and of reputed make for Road crossing drainage crossing for the HT cable laying at roadcrossing drainage crossing including cost of all materials, transport, labour, lead, lifts etc., complete.

Cutting the cable of required lentgh and sealing the ends with suitable "END CAPS" for 11KV XLPE cables, including cost of all materials, tools and plants leads and lifts etc.., complete.

Erection of 33KV 3X400sqmm Straight joint kit (cable joints) wherever necessary with suitable precautionery measures such as preparation of pit, Tarupaulin tent etc.

Erection of 33 KV 3X400mm Outdoor termination kit with suitable precautionery measures such as preparation of pit, Tarupaulin tent etc.

33 KV UG cable earthing in all UG cable ends (by coil earthing)

Transport back any balance cable, empty drums and other materials if any by engaging private vehicle including loading and unloading at both sides from workspot to departmental stores .
