Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it
Engaging un-Skilled Helper as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work
Furnishing detailed report on suggested restoration measures for existing distressed regions of the building along with sketches, specifications and stages of restoration measures including furnishing 3 copies in Binding.etc., complete as per the specifications and as per the direction of Engineering incharge of work

Carrying out Half-cell Potential difference test on randomly selected RC members to assess the extent/stage of corrosion in embedded rebars.(min. 3 points in each member) etc., complete as per the specifications, including cost of hire charges of machinery, tools and as per the direction of Engineering incharge of work.
Carrying out carbonation test at selected random locations (min. 3 points in each member) etc., complete as per the specifications, including cost of hire charges of machinery, tools and as per the direction of Engineering incharge of work.
Carrying out Cover Meter Test on RC members at seelcted random locations in order to assess thickness of cover concrete.(min. 3 points in each member) etc., complete as per the specifications, including cost of hire charges of machinery, tools and as per the direction of Engineering incharge of work.
