REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF SSE UNDER THE AREA OF AGE B/R-II OF GE (A) No 1 JODHPUR

Dismantling of asbestos cement sheet (corrugated or semi corrugated etc) as in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including door and gates etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa & minimum AZ @150 gm/Sqm( be coated with hot dip alloy of 55 % aluminium, 43.5% Zinc, 1.5% Silicon and finished with resin coat on both surface @ 150 gm/Sqm of coating both surfaces) as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down carefully cement plaster on stone or brick wall surfaces, ceilings ,sunsheds, beams, chajjas, facia, roof projection etc upto cover depth by chipping out lightly including necessary scafolding & raking out joints , hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc and removing of debris from site, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note -Rate are deemed to be included for scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, etc. necessary for execution of work and protective measures.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement and including mixed with water proofing compound (WPC)as per manufactureres instructions, cplete all as specified and as directed. Note -(i) Rate are deemed to be included for scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, etc. necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (ii) WPC shall be measured and paid seperately as "Supply only" in respective items. of BOQ.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete ceiling surfaces / sunsheds / facia / RCC chajja, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note -Rate are deemed to be included for scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, etc. necessary for execution of work and protective measures.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling surface complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete(un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance out side MD land complete all as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall glazed tiles/ kota stone/ terrazzo tiles any type including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing broken tiles and removing the all rubbish off from the premises complete all as specified and directed.
