(iv) Stops & Opening : 7 (v) Controller : A.C. variable voltage & variable frequency (vi) Automatic rescue device complete with dry maintenance-free batteries as required. (vii) Operation: Microprocessor/micro controller -based single automatic push button / simplex selective collective / duplex collective selective with or without attendant. (viii) Power: 415 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 4-wire system (ix) Type of Doors: (a) Car: Automatic power operated, telescopic horizontal sliding stainless steel scratch-proof surface (moon rock finish) (b) Landing Doors: SS doors finished of approved shade(Preferably brush finish). (C) floor selection switches shall be braille lift compliance , grab rail and all other facilities for differently disabled people shall be included,(d)Flooring should be granite. Including all liaison work related to electrical inspectorate and KSEBL,all statutory fees will be reinbursed after submitting original receipt ,on the buy back agreement making good the damage all works should be carried out as per the Direction from the engineer in charge . Lift Pit size 1.87*1.75 meter.

OD24285/2026-2027:Dismantling the existing damage lift including motor,rope,rail,counterweight,dead weight ,spring,panels,I/O units ,electrical components and all scraps etc valuating and take it back including all transportation and dismantling charge.

OD100575/2026-2027:Supply  installation,testing and Commissioing of bulk head fittings with 10watt LED bulb in lift well case using necessary accessories and givingconnection etc. as required.

1.31:Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amps modular socket outlet and 5/6 amps modular switch, connection etc. as required. (For light plugs to be used in non residential buildings).

1.10.2:Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.Group B
