S&F of Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plane steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Non asbestos fiber cement building boards 4mm thick fixed with screws in ceiling to powder coated GI grid frame work for false ceiling. Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat with and including dismantling of existing unserviceable wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, with and including cover fillets, including complete fixing arrragement and applying two coats of oil bound distmper over a coat of 2-3mm thick cement base wall care putty to obtained smoothness of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on concrete surfaces such as soffit of chajjas and brick walls etc incling raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water and removal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Integral water proofing compund shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of BOQ).

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepration of newly plastered surface and appplying two coats of exterier acrylic paint (weather coat) with and including over 3mm thick cement base wall care putty etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and appying two coats of oil bound distemper with and including over 3mm thick cement base wall care putty all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutter of any description area exc 1 sqm but n.exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhat/frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) area exc 1.5 sqm but n. exc 4sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pressed steel frames of size (125 x 60) mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary supply and fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc. Cold rolled mild steel sheet shall conform to IS 513. The size, type (profile) and dimensions of the frames shall be as indicated. Tolerance in the size of frames shall not vary by more than + 2 mm. The tolerance over the profile size shall be + 1 mm. Steel frames shall be of approved make.complete with and including two shop coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer (conforming to IS 13871) ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 35mm thick factory made, 2nd class hard wood rail and style, plain framed, panelled shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered partical board with commercial veneering on both sides. The size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made Glazed and skeleton shutters, 35 mm thick second class hardwood, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 30mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed block for fixing of hold fast, filling concrete in steel frame, gaps in between glazed & flyproof steel window, cills, railing up to 60mm in height etc including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old steel window/ventilators of any description not otherwise specified and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or FE 310-0 complete all as specofied and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins crane gantries, rails and fastemings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, chanel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to grade Fe 410-W(Gde-E- 250) quality-A, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area not exc. 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel square tubes in opening as per specific drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of factory made solid panel PVC door shutter, 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain clolur PVC `C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width struck inside with solvent cement for stile and plain clolur PVC sheets for top rail lock rail & buttom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with slolvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per manufacturer's instructions and specification complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows or ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55kg/m with and including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber, neoprane packing, aluminium handles- 2 Nos in each door, aluminium hinges, anodised alumnium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 12 mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade pre-laminated one side with decorative choice laminated and other side balancing white lamination fixed with screws to timber frame work as in cup board shutters, partitions and shelves complete as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tile of 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles with and including over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) for laying of floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles as per IS-13753, of size (450mm x 300 mm) x 7mm thick as on vertical surfaces such as wall/skirting /dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with and including over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as backing coat, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tile of 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area exc 0.11 sqm n.exc 0.16 sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles incl 15 mm screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) for laying of floor finishes, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic coloured tiles (double charged) of 10mm thick (square or rectangular) polished area of each tile n exc 0.36sqm as in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with and including over 15mm thick bedding layers of cement mortar (1:6) complete all as per specified and as directed.
