Dismantling ACSR Conductors of any size from poles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing damage/ unserviceable PVC insulated, armured, aluminium conductor 11000 V grade of any size and core from trenches, pipe, ducts, pole etc. where feasible and economical testing for serviceability of cable, cutting and segragating serviceable portion for relaying serviceable cable where directed, unserviceable cable will be deposited to MES stone yard, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down 80/100mm dia GI Tubing light grade complete all as specified and directed.

Distmantling old insulators any type any size from HT/LT poles,complete all as specified and directed.

Distmantling and taking down old cross arms, bracing support clamps and back plates from poles etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth or n exc 10 Sqm on plan & getting out, for laying of cables, foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. and getting out including triming and forming bottom surface complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in soft / loose soil back in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point in soils complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note :- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness shall be measured.

Supplying, Fixing/laying, jointing and testing and commissioning 3 core 95 Sqmm under ground cables, 11 KV grade, XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminuim conductors, laid in trenches, ducts/fixed on poles/walls/laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts or encased in GI pipe complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Excavation & earth work, GI pipe for laying of cable, sand cushioning, cable protection cover shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of the schedule.)

Supplying, Fixing/laying, jointing and testing and commissioning 3 core 150 Sqmm under ground cables, 11 KV grade, XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminuim conductors, laid in trenches, ducts/fixed on poles/walls/laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts or encased in GI pipe complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Excavation & earth work, GI pipe for laying of cable, sand cushioning, cable protection cover shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of the schedule.)

Supplying, Fixing/laying, jointing and testing and commissioning 3 core 185 Sqmm under ground cables, 11 KV grade, XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminuim conductors, laid in trenches, ducts/fixed on poles/walls/laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts or encased in GI pipe complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Excavation & earth work, GI pipe for laying of cable, sand cushioning, cable protection cover shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of the schedule.)

M & L for Danger notice plate of size 25x20cm and 1.6mm thick mild steel, vitreous enamelled white, with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steel clmaps, nuts, bolts and washers, clamps made out of 25x3mm flat iron for HT poles/transformers/pillar box etc with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English complete all as specified and directed

M & L for road cutting for laying of cable and making good the road surface as per existing condition after laying of the cable, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repair for Anti climbing Devices spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (Round square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement HT cable route indicator cast iron of suitable size along HT cable trench including embedding of route indicator in PCC (1:2:4 type B-1) block of size 15cm x 15cm x 30cm deep complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 80mm dia steel water tubing, light grade galvanised with all fittings and laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 100mm dia steel water tubing, light grade galvanised with all fittings and laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm including dismantling existing unserviceable joint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MS structural steel work in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated (with drilled holes hot and cold etc) from channel/angle iron sections of various size and shape FI clamps (full, half 'D' and earth clamp etc) including necessary MS bolts, nuts, washer etc and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed.

M & L for painting the external exposed surfaces of 2 pole structures of steel tubular swaged poles of 11 metres long alongwith cross arms, bracket and connected accessories with one coat of aluminium paint preparation of old painted surfaces and writing the details of the pole in white letters on black back ground and pasting radium red strickers/ paint with 3 lines around the pole, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting the external exposed surfaces of 4 pole structures of steel tubular swaged poles of 11 metres long alongwith cross arms, bracket and connected accessories with one coat of aluminium paint preparation of old painted surfaces and writing the details of the pole in white letters on black back ground and pasting radium red strickers/ paint with 3 lines around the pole, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L trimming/ cutting of treee branches to provide proper clearance around existing HT over head line ipto 3 lines with clearance of 3 mtrs on both the sides from centre of OH line all as per technical requirement including removing of cut trees branches from site and depositing one place for burning/ removing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for restretching of existing aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) straining properly on insulators and biding with aluminium tape/ biding wire connectors, PG Clamps, jumpers etc. complete of any size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting of bushesh and cleaning the area around the sub station including two pole/ four pole structures premises at GTC Area, Abhera area and certain other areas and cutting the bushes, trimming the trees, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement for Earth Continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in cnduit/ pipe or fixed to poles of any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32x6mm dia galvanised iron or strip complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting with one coat of aluminium paint of PCC pole including preparation of old painted surfaces and writing the details of the pole in white letters on black back ground and painting radium paint of yellow and black with 3 strips around the pole of size not less than 4cm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for HT Pin type porcelain,vitreous, white, brown or green insulator 150mm height, 150mm dia suitable for 11000 volts grade (ISI marked) including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut complete, all as directed.

M & L for disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, white brown or green ' Two in series' assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) any size straining properly on insulator, maintaining desired sag and binding with aluminium tap/binding wire with connectors, making jumpers etc, complete all as directed. (Note : Each run of conductor shall be measured and paid.)

S & F lightening arresters type complete with all fittings, transmission class discharge capacity 65 KA, 11000 volts, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement old unserviceable HT jumper from HT 2 or 4 pole structures/sub stations with ACSR conductor of type (weasel) including PVC heat shrink sleeves (RYB). Each jumper should not be less than 2 to 3 mtr in length including provision of vice type connector/aluminium lugs of suitable size to terminate the jumper at both ends with provision of nuts, bolts, washer etc complete all as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable GOD and supply, installing, testing and commissioning of gang operated Air-break, triple pole disconnecting switch, outdoor, vertical mounting type (ISI marked), mechanically operated, mounted on polymer insulators 15 Nos including 11 KV, 200 Amp rating complete with (DO Fuse unit) fuse mounts, fuse carriers and HT Fuse elements and frame wotk with operating mechanism and including adequate length of GI pipes for operation from ground level, with locking arrangements including Godrej pattern 65mm pad locks with two keys, complete sutiable for HT 11 KV, 50 Hz, AC supply including necessary electric connections, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repairing/overhauling of Air break switch and DO fuse unit upto 400 Amps capacity, 11 KV triple pole, mechanically operated mounted on insulators and steel frame installed vertically / horizonatally by oiling and greasing of mechanical moving parts, smoothing and polishing of electric contacts and applying conducting jelly to contacts and replacement of broken /worn-out components(as ordered) including testing after repair complete all as directed. (Note :- Replacement of worn out components/parts/insulators etc Shall be measured and paid separately as Supply only under respective items here-in-after)

Supply only Female contact or fixed contact of capacity upto 400 Amp, 11 KV heavy duty of high conductive metal.

Supply only Male contact or moving contact of capacity upto 400 Amp, 11 KV heavy duty of high conductive metal.

Supply only Tinned copper flexible jumper upto 400 Amp

Supply only Fixed top and bottom contact assembly, 11KV, 400 Amp for DO Fuse unit.

Supply only Fiber glass tube with metalic fittings both ends suitable for DO fuse 11 KV.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of DO Fuse Unit triple pole switch outdoor vertical mounting on 06 insulators complete suitable for HT 11 KV 50 Hz AC supply including necessary electric connection, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for servicing/calibration to 11 KV HT VCB including taking out 11 KV HT VCB of 400/630/800 Amps rating trolley from HT Panel after switching off electric supply, checking of mechanical system for proper functioning of upward/downward movement of HT VCB trolley including opening the VCB & checking the mechanical system cleaning & servicing the fixed/ moving contact including minor repair in mechanical linkage like replacement of gear etc. healthy check of CTs, cleaning of CT's & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing and reassembling the VCB including connection to HT panel and insulating oil to be replaced where required, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hiring of cable fault locator machine for HT cables working voltage 11 KV to find out the fault in underground trenches at different location upto 500 RM after locate fault filling the straight through joint and charging the cable and jointing the cable on both side in RMU or over head line complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Supply & Fixing heat shrinkable type straight through cable jointing kit of existing cable size shall be measured & paid separetely under respective item of this schedule.

M & L for servicing/calibration of HT 33 KV VCBs including, cleaning, lubrication/ greasing of the mechanical parts including healthy check, repair/ replacement of minor defects in mechanical linkage like gears, etc. and reconnection in all respect, all as per existing arrangement and restore the supply, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for servicing and greasing of 33 KV Isolators for smooth operation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rubberised insulation matting chequerred size 2000x1000x25mm thick, heavy duty ISI marked and shall be of approved quality and make duly tested on 33 KV complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rubberised insulation matting chequerred size 1800x900x20mm thick, heavy duty ISI marked and shall be of approved quality and make duly tested on 11 KV complete all as specified and directed.

M & L opening the existing RMUs of 11 KV rating, disconnecting the HT cables of any size and servicing the fixed/ moving contact & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing & gas charging for repair and replacement of defective components of RMU , Lamp indicators, caliberation of relays & digital meters, over load protection relay, time delay relay/ earth fault relay, charging spring etc. Cleaning the fixed and moving contact inside the RMUs properly, servicing and greasing all moveable machanism, replacement of defective fuses, wiring and reassembling and testing, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) The contractor shall arrange for the standby supply for testing of relays. (b) the rates quoted by the contractor shall include cost of any other spare parts/ relay not mentioned herein but essentially required for functioning of the system. (c) Testing of above job to be carried out by Engineers of authorised dealer/ services shall deem to include for, bolts, washers, lugs, thimble, wires and petty items required for efficient and smooth functioning of the equipment without ant extra cost to the Govt.

M & L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground to depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel besides welding at all joints including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 40mm bore for protection of strip and connected to continous earth lead on pole/test point, supplying and laying charcoal dust common salt PCC 1:2:4 type B1, chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia, PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No 3 on srl page No 497 of SSR Part I (2009) drawing and connection to earth test point including testing complete all as specified and directed, . Notes :- (i) Outer edge of earth pit shall be 1 metre away from the outer edge of PCC chamber. (ii) The cost of earth lead /strip and GI pipe for protection of earth lead/strip upto 7.5m is included in the quoted rate. (iii) The cost of excavation, earth work is included in the quoted rate.

Notes :-the unit rate shall also include for excavation, earth work in hard/ dense soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pit, RCC Grade M-25 (Design mix) cover reinforced with 8mm dia CTD bars @ 150mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe suitable size GI protection pipe, 32x6mm GI earth strip, char coal, salt wire mesh complete in addition to Item No. 1 (a) to (e) of premble (Notes) under sub-heading earthing specified on Sl Page No. 347 of SSR Part-II.
