Provision of quick watering arrangement at CKP Station.

The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees, N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure-II, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet. (The balance sheet and all other financial documents attested / certified by CAs to substantiate fulfilment of Financial Eligibility Criteria should be with UDIN, failing which the offer is likely to be rejected without any further reference.)

The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited: Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, OR Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, OR One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. NB: Similar work implies:- "Tenderer should have carried out the booster pump arrangement with a minimum rate of flow of water 200 cubic meter/hour with automation arrangement in any government or Railways or Public sector organisation".

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

In the event of any tenderer whose tender is accepted shall refuses to execute the contract documents as herein before provided, the Railway may determine that such tenderer has abandoned the contract and there upon his tender and the acceptance thereof shall be treated as cancelled and the Railway shall be entitled to forfeit the full amount to earnest money and to recover the damages for such default.

If the tenderer(s) deliberately give/gives wrong information in his/their tender or create/creates circumstances for the acceptance of his/their tender, the Railway reserves the right to reject such tender at any stage.

If the date of opening happens to be a BANDH or Holiday or Natural calamities, the tender will be opened at the same time on the following working day.

The tenderer(s) must keep themselves updated through the website www.ireps.gov.in regarding corrigenda, if any, to the Notice Inviting Tender along with tender documents, which shall be uploaded in the same website.

This tender is binding on the General Condition of Contract for Services January-2018 and the latest. The copy of the same is attached in the document section. Bidders may see it by downloading the same from the document section of this e- tender.

This tender is governed by General Condition of Contract for Works (April 2022) & various letters issued by Railway Board with latest amendments and Special terms and Conditions of Contract. However, wherever the terms of GCC for Works-2022 contradicts the Special terms and Conditions of Contract of tender document, in such case Special Conditions of Contract will prevail. Tenderer must go through General Conditions of Contract for works (available at www.indianrailways.gov.in) and Special Conditions of Contract before quoting the rates.

Details of Bid Security: Bid security amount to be deposited by the bidders as per clause no. 5 of PART-I of GCC (Works) April- 2022 or latest.

The rate quoted by the tenderer shall be inclusive of all taxes leviable by the union of India/State Govt/Civil authorities and other charges required for carrying out the work successfully.

The tender is under Single Packet System.

The balance sheet and all other financial documents attested / certified by CAs to substantiate fulfilment of Financial Eligibility Criteria should be with UDIN, failing which the offer is likely to be rejected without any further reference.

In case, submission of Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee, then the original Bank Guarantee should be delivered in person in the office of Senior Divisional Mechanical Engineer, Chakradharpur before closing date for submission of bids(i.e. excluding the last date of submission of bids).
