CLEANING REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF SEWAGE LINES MANHOLES DRAINS DRAIN COVERS AT METCALFE HOUSE AND KASHMIR HOUSE UNDER GE I RnD DELHI

Material and labour for cleaning of sewage pipe line upto 150mm dia & clearing of manholes by taking off manhole covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning of any description, underground any depth by removing any type of blockage including de-silting and de-chocking and flushing after cleaning, clearing of manholes. Sludge/ sludge water shall be disposed off in closed container at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of blockage in between two manholes spacing upto 18 meters of underground sewage line of any type and size upto 200 mm dia by means of mechnical rodding with vibrations/drilling concept. A trolley mounted motorized sewer cleaning machine for the execution of item shall have to be provided by the contractor. Blocked material, slugging obtained during execution of this item shall be removed from the site through trolly mounted motor out of MoD land. Sewage line between existing two manholes shall be flushed with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vaccum type machine) suitably mounted on HCV having facilities of hydraulic applications with suitable size of nozzle pipes. Item shall be executed by the contractor upto satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. No extra claim, whatsoever shall be entertained at any stage. Quoted rate shall be deemed to include all aspects mentioned herein.

Maintenance of sewage system SGSW/PVC(SWR)/NP2 pipe including Nahani/floor traps. Soil/waste pipe running on external wall of building and in trenches with fittings, bends, junctions etc, Gully traps, manholes of all description and sewage lines of all sizes upto soak well/MCD drain of sewage system complete in perfect running/flowing order without destruction by removing all blockage in the system including cleaning the floor trap, gully trap. IWC, EWC, Wash basin, Urinal pots ,bottle trap, in kitchen, lobby, bath room, toilets at any height of floor (Maximum G+5 Floor) including pipe line up to the first manhole including maintaining of drain (Bricks/PCC) in running condition by removing all surplus spoil in entire Metcalfe House area, JCB & Kashmir House under GE (I) R&D delhi, complete all as specified. Notes:- (i) Contractor shall deploy minimum 2 safaiwala solely for the maintenance of sewage system against this item alongwith necessary tools and will be required to report AGE B/R office Metcalfe House area to collect the complaint slip from concrened JE on normal working hours from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs on all working days but on demand for Sundays, Holidays, additional working hours also, contractor shall provide the same to meet the requirements.These Safaiwala / Mazdoor shall not be deployed for any works other than the scope catered for in this item. For the work considered against other items of this Schedule the contractor shall deploy separate sfafiwala / mazdoor in addition to the safaiwala /mazdoor deployed against this item. (ii) Rate also includes for necesary tools and plants which is required for execution of item i.e cleaning rod, buckets, bamboos sticks, Kashi etc (ii) Sludge slurry / sludge water shall be disposed off in closed container at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MD land. (iv). Solid waste / sludge / silt deposited in the manholes which can not be removed by rodding, shall be ordered under respective item of this schedule and paid accordingly.

Excavation as in trenches in hard / dense soil not exceeding 1.5 metres wide and not exceeding 1.5 metres deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up 150 mm dia drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware, AC, RCC) set in cement mortar including PCC haunching and PCC bed complete all as specified and directed..

Supply and laying HDPE (DWC) sewage pipes 150 mm outer dia stiffner clean and PE materials double wall corrugated on external surfaces and smooth surfaces inside including fittings such as bend, tee, end caps, sealing rings etc conforming to IS -14930 all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in bed to drain/ sewage pipe including packing under and completly surrounding of pipes of 150 mm dia after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed .

Returning, filling in hard/dence loose soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed .

Cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drain pipe of 150mm bore SGSW pipe including making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming metreing branch channel in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 smooth finished complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 110mm internal dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to wall with MS clamps including taking down pipes and fittings complete all as specified and directed .
