Supply & fix PVC Junction box of size 350x250x150 mm in replacement with Aluminium bus bars 04 Nos fixed on pole with the help of MS nuts bolts and MS clamps-1 Nos of size 40mm X 5mm thick with one No MCB SP 6 Amp capacity includes making suitable hole on existing pole to take out connections to fitting if required at site complete including Pole 9 mtr long provn of 1.5 Sqmm three core cable glands for incoming and outgoing cables complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, complete, all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Double wall corrugated HDPE pipe, ISI marked of outer dia 50mm, inner dia 38mm SDR-21 of 4kgf/cmsq with smooth internal and profiled external surface, non-pressure type, laid in trenches/floors/duct or fixed on walls /pole including all connections, accessories like socket, couplers, bends, etc for protection of LT cable XLPE grade 1100 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto as per item no 16 above but for size 65 mm dia

Disconnecting existing Cables and earthing strip from unserviceable panel. Dismantling and taking out the panel and making good the disturbed surface of the same location for fixing a new panel all as directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for feeder pillar bus bar box of size 600x450x550 mm outdoor type, double door, both side, openable with locking arrangement, kiosk type, powder coated, 3.15 mm thick MS sheet water proof hinged, having 4 Nos aluminium bus bar of capacity 250 Amp duty colour coated mounted on porcelain insulators including MCCB 160 Amps, 25 kA, Ics=100% Icu=01 nos as incomer, LED phase indicator (RYB), holes on bottom for cable entry and exit with suitable size cable gland and mild steel stand for mounting of panel board made of angle iron of size 50x50x6 mm, 1.05 metre high(450mm below ground level and 600 mm above ground level) alongwith necessary cement concrete for grouting of panel stand, foundation and connecting the panel with earthing complete all as specified and directed.

M& L, for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground not less than 2.5 mtr below groud level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected by 32 X 6 mm GI strip as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt, thimbles, check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, with fair finish, inetrnal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm X 300mm , 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320 x 320 x 80 mm size (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, adequate quantity of common salt, charcoal etc all, as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1(2009) and specified incuding and provision of GI strip upto 7.5 mtr long with 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, Medium grade, including all excavation and earthn work and connecting the earth strip to an earthing test point/panel including testing on completion complete alll as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable three core 1.5 Sqmm with multi stranded copper conductor for making connection from junction box to light fitting complete with suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified and directed.
