Provision of Catering Services as General Minor Unit Platform No.3/4, between COP colum No. 3/ 4 (KOP end) at Miraj Railway Station earmarked for Women Quota

Financial standing (essential):- For GMU atA1/A/B/C class stations the bidder must have profit or loss + accumulated reserves + share capital of minimum Rs. 3lakh in the previous three financial years.

Minimum Annual Turnover (essential):-For GMU at A1/A/B/C class stations the bidder must have minimum annual turnover of 3 times of Indicative License Fee in any one of the previous three financial years from catering business. The bidder would submit audited balance sheet and profit and loss account or Income Tax returns of previous three (3) financial years .i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 duly certified by the Chartered Accountant.

Legal Status of the Bidder (essential):-The Bidder should be either an individual or sole-proprietor firm or a Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 or a Partnership Firm registered under the Partnership Act, 1932. The bidder shall furnish self-attested copy of Government approved Identity Proof, such as AADHAAR CARD. Bidder should submit any SHOP act license, Partnership Deed, GSTIN Certificate

Experience of Catering Business (essential):-For GMU at A1/A Category stations, the Bidder should have a minimum of three (3) years of catering business experience.The Bidder shall submit a copy of Articles of Association / Partnership Deed where catering / hospitality / food and beverage is covered under the Main Objects clause of the agreement. The bidder should submit experience letter from authorized Agencies.

Domicile of the bidder with reference to the location of the GMU (desirable):-Preference will be given to the bidder having domicile certificate for the municipality/district/state under which jurisdiction the station is falling as per the scoring criteria in the Techno-Commercial bid document. Self-attested Proof of domicile to be attached

All additional mandatory requirements have been enlisted at Annexure A/2, Chapter 1 of Section B of the Bid document. This includes Permanent Account Number, GSTIN Registration, FSSAI etc.

INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS REGARDING TENDER FORMS DOWNLOADED FROM INTERNET 1.Tender document is to be downloaded from the internet and uploaded on the railway web site www.ireps.gov.in 2.The tender document (in full) downloaded along with the various documents are required to be submitted as per the tender conditions through www.ireps.gov.in. 3.The E-tender documents are available on IREPS Portal www.ireps.gov.in and same can be downloaded/viewed for submission of E-offer. The cost of tender document as indicated in the tender document will have to be deposited by the tenderer online on IREPS portal www.ireps.gov.in, tender not accompanied with the copy of acknowledgement slip of payment made towards the cost of tender document will be summarily rejected. 4.The bid must be accompanied by Earnest Money which shall be paid online through IREPS portal and acknowledgement slip of payment must be attached with offer/bid. Tender not accompanied with requisite earnest money shall under no circumstances will be entertained and shall be summarily rejected. 5.Tenderers are advised to download tender documents well in advance and submit the tender before the stipulated time. It is the responsibility of the Tenderer to check any correction or any modifications published subsequently in Web site and the same shall be taken into account while submitting the tender. Tenderer shall download corrigendum (if any), print it out, sign and attach it with the main tender document. Tender document not accompanied by published corrigendum/s will be liable to be rejected. The Railway will not be responsible for any delay in downloading and uploading the tender documents from the internet. 6.Tenderer/s are free to download tender document at their own risk and cost for the purpose of perusal as well as for using the same as tender document for submitting the offer. Master copy of the tender document is available in the office of the Sr Divisional Commercial Manager, Pune Division, Central Railway. After award of work an agreement will be prepared based on the master copy of tender document available in the above mentioned office. In case, any discrepancy between the tender documents downloaded from the internet and the master copy, the latter shall prevail and will be binding on the tenderer(s). No claim on this account will be entertained. 7.If any change/addition/deletion is made by the Tenderer/Contractor in tender document /Contract agreement and the same is detected at any stage even after the award of the tender, full earnest money deposit will be forfeited and the contract will be terminated. The tenderer/contractor will be banned from doing business with Railways and/or prosecuted. 8.Tender submissions shall be done online on https://www.ireps.gov.in after uploading the mandatory scanned documents and other documents as stated in the tender document using valid Digital Signature Certificates. Instructions for online bid submission are furnished. The intending tenderers must be registered on e-tendering portal https://www.ireps.gov.in. Those who are not registered on the e-tendering portal shall be required to get registered beforehand. After registration, the tenderer will get user id and password. On login, tenderer can participate in tendering process and can witness various activities of the process. 9.The authorized signatory of intending tenderer, as per Power of Attorney , must have valid classIII digital signature with Company name issue by authority

I/We the tenderer(s) also accept all the conditions of the tender and have signed all the pages in confirmation thereof.

I/we hereby declare that I/we have downloaded the tender documents from Indian Railway website www.ireps.gov.in . I/we have verified the content of the document from the website and there is no addition, no deletion or no alteration to the content of the tender document. In case of any discrepancy noticed at any stagei.e. evaluation of tenders, execution of work or final payment of the contract, the master copy available with the railway Administration shall be final and binding upon me/us.

I/we declare and certify that I/we have not made any misleading or false representation in the forms, statements and attachments in proof of the qualification requirements.

I/We also understand that my/our offer will be evaluated based on the documents/credentials submitted along with the offer and same shall be binding upon me/us.

I/We declare that the information and documents submitted along with the tender by me/us are correct and I/we are fully responsible for the correctness of the information and documents, submitted by us.

I/we certify that I/we the tenderer(s) is/are not blacklisted or debarred by Railways or any other Ministry / Department of Govt. of India from participation in tender on the date of submission of bids, either in individual capacity or as a HUF/ member of the partnership firm/LLP/JV/Society/Trust.

I/we understand that if the contents of the certificate submitted by us are found to be forged/false at any time during process for evaluation of tenders, it shall lead to forfeiture of the Bid Security and may also lead to any other action provided in the contract including banning of business for a period of upto two year. Further, I/we and all my/our constituents understand that my/our offer shall be summarily rejected.

I/we also understand that if the contents of the certificate submitted by us are found to be false/forged at any time after the award of the contract, it will lead to termination of the contract, along with forfeiture of Bid Security/Security Deposit and Performance guarantee and may also lead to any other action provided in the contract including banning of business for a period of upto two year.

I/We have read the clause regarding restriction on procurement from a bidder of a country which shares a land border with India and certify that I am/We are not from such a country or, if from such a country, have been registered with the competent Authority.
