RequiredThe Security Agencies should have at least (5) years experience in providing in? house Security Services to various reputed Government Institutions (both State & Central) / State level Organizations / Corporations and having expertise security personal for providing security services at any point of time
RequiredThe Security Agency should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs.2 Crores for the past (3) years from security services with at least one running contract on hand of which the annual value is not less than Rs.50 Lakhs. As a proof, Audited balance sheets duly filed with Registrar of Companies of the at least 3 financial years for 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 indicating the Security turnovere
RequiredThe Security Agency must have a proven track record of minimum 5 years with reputed clients in rendering security services.
RequiredCertificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies registered along with a copy of the Articles of Association & Memorandum of Agreement being a Private Limited Company / Firm Proprietary
RequiredPSARA License Certificate as per the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act
RequiredTrade Licence issued by GHMC or the respective Municipality / Municipal Corporation in other Urban areas
RequiredRegistration Certificate from Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESI)
RequiredRegistration Certificate from Regional Provident Fund Commissioner
RequiredGST Registration from Commissioner of Central Excise & Customs
RequiredValid License from Labour Department
RequiredThe Owner of the Agency should be an Ex-Servicemen along with Proof.
RequiredIncome Tax returns for the at least three financial years for 2022-2023, 2023-2024 & 2024-2025 ISO Certification / any other credentials, if available.
RequiredAny achievements / efforts made in protecting the Property and Land of the Borrowing Organization. If yes, attach evidences, which shall ensure performance of the Security services towards protection of property
OptionalAny other Certificate such as experience in Fire fighting, State and Central Government Certificate, which will be preferable.
