Repairs to one 5HP 3 phase priming pumping unit of by way of dismantling it from suction and delivery side flanges with the help of skilled labour, loading in private load carrier and shifting it to workshop for repair. The job includes the charge for complete rewinding of stator coils as per sample of copper wire of standard size and quality. The job includes the charge for providing and fitting of insulation material in the slots of stator including bamboo straps, latheride paper etc. and varnishing of winding with good quality varnish. The job includes the charge for providing and fitting of SS sleeve as per sample. The job also includes the charge for providing and fitting of bearing of motor as per sample. Then reassembling the pumping unit at workshop and shifting to site and tested on full load. The job also includes p/f of suction/delivery G.I pipe for connecting the pumping units.

Repairs to 50 HP manually operated starter of LIS Darpora & Novla 1st by way of: A. Providing and fitting of fixed copper contact points (complete set). B. Providing and fitting of movable copper contact points (complete set). C. Repairs to the handle mechanism by way of providing and fitting of damaged tension springs, nuts and allied accessories. D. Repairs to the trip coil mechanism by way of providing and fitting of magnetic trip coil 415 volt AC. The job involves loading and transportation up to workshop and back to site after repairs and testing on full load.
