Appendix A Maintenance to the droplet separator unit of each Incinerator by dismantling the unit from the incinerator assembly , and de-ashing the same using suitable chemical solution, Re assembling the unit using new high quality gasket, nuts, bolts and painting using heat resistant hammer tone painting .The work includes repairing and cleaning of ‘U’ bend connecting the droplet separator with ID fan consumables.

Maintenance to the ventury scrubbing unit of each incinerator by dismantling all the water inlet connections from the unit, cleaning the spray nozzles, inside surface, damper mechanism, thermo well and re assembling the unit using new gaskets, nuts bolts etc. the defective gaskets, nuts bots , . The rate inclusive all taxes cost of consumables etc.

Dismantling, overhauling, cleaning, and minor repair works to the FD fan assembly .The work includes complete cleaning of the impeller, motor, coupling and re assembling , and necessary patch work to the casing and painting . The rate inclusive of all taxes transportation and cost of consumables.

Maintenance, repairing and complete overhauling of primary chamber. (2 set) Cleaning the refractory lined furnace walls, arch, Patch work to the refractory lining and insulation layer using fire create cement ,bricks etc , making good the refractory lined charging door and ash doors using castables, and ceramic wool. The rate also includes complete painting (2 coats) of primary chamber out surface using heat resistant aluminium paint. The rates inclusive of all taxes, charges for tools and tackles, consumables and transportation charges.

Maintenance, repairing and complete overhauling of secondary chamber . (2 set)Cleaning the refractory lined furnace walls, arch, Patch work to the refractory lining and insulation layer using fire create cement ,bricks etc , making good the refractory lined ash doors using castables, and ceramic wool. The rate also includes complete painting (2 coats)of secondary chamber out surface using heat resistant aluminium paint. The rates inclusive of all taxes, charges for tools and tackles, consumables and transportation charges.

Dismantling of horizontal refractory lined duct connecting the secondary chamber with ventury scrubber , removing the defective refractory layer form the duct, cleaning and re casting the duct using refractory cement (grade whytete/K). the work also includes providing necessary ‘Y’ type jagers inside the surface for strengthening the refractory lining. The rate inclusive of all taxes cost of consumables , all tools , tackles , like tri-pole for lifting the duct.

Complete dismantling of mono -bloc burner assembly in primary and secondary chamber for the incinerators, cleaning of electrodes, solenoid valves, blower fans, transformer, burner rod, nozzle, photocell, sight glass, diffuser plate, cone etc., Reassembling and tuning of burner assembly for proper combustion of system. The rate inclusive of all taxes.

Labour charges for cleaning of fuel day tank, fuel lines, fuel filter , Rectification of leakages to the fuel line, valves, fuel pump, Replacement of gland packing, gaskets, oil seal for both the incinerators . The rate is inclusive of all taxes etc

Labour charges for checking and necessary repairs of control panel board and related parts of Incinerator ensuring perfect and trouble free operation of all switches, contactors, OLR, MCBs, fuses, sequence controller, temperature controller, RTD, thermocouple, motors, photocell, visual and alarm monitors, limit switches, indication lamps, etc. and cleaning of all terminals using Carbon tetra chloride, painting of panel board.

Dismantling overhauling cleaning and minor repair works to the ID fan assembly. The work includes reassembling the blower unit, motor, shaft, impeller, bearing block, in proper alignment and carrying out necessary cleaning and surface finishing for the outer casing, necesssary patch work to the casing and repainting using heat resistant hammer tone paint and labour charges for replacing of bearings, greasing of bearing, and dyanamic balancing of impeller .The rate inclusive of all taxes transportation and cost of consumables.
