Sudden shock load at every One hour during above test. 3. Vibration Test 4. Noise level test. 5. Fuel gas analysis. 6. Delta ` t ' inside acoustic enclosure. (2) Delivery of the DG set at site. (3)Specific Fuel Consumption Test (4) Unloading of the DG set at Required Location of Installation & test at manufacture's place. (5) Technical support & supervision during commissioning of DG Set & Synchronizing Panel. (6) To get Battery charged and to test Battery charger. (7) Testing of the DG Set with Supply of Consumable. (8) Painting of the parts damaged during Transportation or Installation (9) Power & Control cabling between D.G. Panel & D. G. Set, syncronising Panel & alternator to ACB/MCCB inside the enclosure. (10) D.G. set should have exhaust chimney of Suitable Length (AS PER LATEST CPCB NORMS/LOCAL NORMS) as per statutory requirement with suitable M.S. structure complete between exhaust of engine till out let point for discharging fuel gas. Drawing of which should be submitted for approval.(Necessary cost to shall be included.) If required Contractor has to visit site and accordingly rate shall be included. (11) The rate quoted shall be for the entire job including exhaust piping complete up to trial test. No extra rates to be quoted for any items for the DG set. 13) All Necessary control cables of between DG set, AMF panel/Sync Panel, MLTP and Battery charger shall be part of supply.
