Fixing of existing galvanised earthing of towers with tower super structure as per approved design including nuts and bolts as pre site requirment

Fixing of missing tower members to various tower structures with nuts, bolts and washers including sorting, fabrication viz cutting and drilling as per drawings and requirement at site along with carraige (mechanical & Manual) The unfabricated galvanised material along with nuts, bolts and washers shall be provided by the Department.

Tack weilding of tower bolts of first two sections including painting of weilded area with zinc rich paint. The job includes hire charges of weilding equipment, Genset, Cables, running charges of genset and its to and fro carraiges including tightening of already in place bolts and replacing of damaged ones

Painting of un Galvinised structure ( first section only) for various tower locations

Construction of Protection walls including repair of damaged walls for various tower location in RR Stone Masonary - 1:6 MIX 50% and 50% Dry including 0.1m concrete couping in 1:2:4 mix including earth work, cost of shuttering, backfilling of walls if required and carriage of material upto work site for all leads complete job

Providing of good earth and backfilling with the same for various tower locations including carriage of material to work site and cost of Labour. The backfilling has to be done in layers with ramming of each layer for proper overburdening of various locations.
