Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation, shafts, man holes,for under ground cable / erection of poles, stays, locating fault of LT cable and stay assembly etc not exceeding 10 square metre on plan and getting out in any type of soil including dressing/trimming of sides and leveling, grading and ramming of bottom of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Ser item No 1.00 here in before but depth exceeding 1.5 metre and not exceeding 3.0 metre complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material / soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay bricks, common burnt clay, sub class "B', old size, laid in vertical direction to cable as cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete in foundation to poles, type D2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Cement concrete, type C2, 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation etc complete all as specified.

Material & labour for cement concrete as coping to poles, PCC type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone agregate as foundations to poles all as specified.

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc and locate the fault, rectify the defect and relaying the XLPE cable underground PVC insulated and overall sheathed aluminum conductor heavy duty 1100 volts including connecting and testing for any size complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Excavation/earth work & sand cushioning, bricks and joint shall be measured & paid for separately).

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable any size and any type from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc.

Supply and laying, connecting and testing XLPE underground cable insulated, and overall sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 10 sqmm 4.0 core including Al thimbles laid in trenches/on pole/road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing clamping on wall etc. Note : (i) Earth work, sand, bricks removing, returning filling will be paid seperately. Supply & fixing in replacement of Automatic Street Light Control Switch with Infrared Sensor based NATURE SWITCH & Voltage Monitoring System (VMS). single phase, 25 Amps per phase, MCB rating 40 Amp, max load 5-8 kw incl circuit copper wire 10 sq.mm. Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux level. Required Illuminance Level for Switching ON is ≤ 60 Lux and for switching OFF ≥ 10 Lux. The Sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 to max. 12 hrs. VMS should have Adjustable Over & Under Voltage Trip level and Protection against Phase Loss, Neutral Loss & Phase Reverse. The Sensor & VMS along with suitable Power Contactor(s) and Incoming-Outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable Enclosure made of Rust Proof, Electric Shock Proof, Termite proof and FR grade SMC Junction box conforming to IP54. M&L for Detecting of fault in cable HT/LT with fault locator equipment supplying of HT/LT electric supply (11 KV/430 Volts) to make the HT/LT cable serviceable with Straight through joint of size 70-300 Sqmm. Notes (a) The HT fault which is detected through cable fault locator will only be paid under this item including transportation charges demed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) Transportation charges of cable fault locator and DG set deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c) Earth fault locator will be provided by the contractor for even single HT fault and no delay on this account will be acceptable otherwise penalty will levied Rs 500.00 per hour. (d) Straight through joint , 95 to 300 sqm Labour charges, excavation and making joint deemed to be including in quoted rate.

Material and labour in replacement of aluminium terminals (thimbles) after cutting the worn out/faulty cable end from LT pillar/panel box including necessary earth work for taking out the cable from loop line, returning, filling in and making cable lead by providing aluminium lugs including crimping with crimping tools in the existing LT cable 25 Sqmm 4 core upto 50 Sqmm including necessary connection all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down old unsv Steel tublar LT pole and Supply, fix and erection of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts,nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31, 09 meter long, providing synthetic enamel aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide and black and white strips with synthetic enamel paint 30 cm each alternatively upto 1.5 mtr including 2 bands of radium tape of 2' width greeen & red colour above the coping of pole starting with black strip, incl arrangement of galvanised/Mild steel circular lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 5 luminares symmetrically on steel tubular poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Supplying and fixing in replacement of light grade galvanised mild steel pipe 80mm bore with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/walls with suitable mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washers all as specified and directed. Material and labour in replacement of broken earth pit of size 300x300x300 mm made of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, and earth pit cover made out of RCC 1:2:4 type B1, cover reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm centre to centre both ways with handle made out of 8 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and including reconnecting of earth lead of any type with new nuts, bolts and washers as required at site with testing result all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repairs of stay by tightening of stay wire after untying the conductor spans from the poles to make correct tensions and maintain verticality of poles, including re-jointing the conductors in position with new binding wire all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for vibratory compactive, precast cement concrete rubber moulded, coloured (except grey colour), interlocking designer paver blocks in Milano shape, comfirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade, as in path, harding standing, etc laid over and including 25 mm compacted sand cushioning, including 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate including surface excavation over area n. exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil and removing excavated soil exc. 50 mtr but n. exc. 250 mtr, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for surface cleaning of steel tubular poles LT 9 mtrs long including removing rusted particles painting with two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including cross arms, bracings, supports clamps eye hooks, security light bracket clamps etc providing black & white strips alternatively 30cm each from coping upto 1.5 mtr height starting with black strip using synthetic enamel paints incl reparing and painting on coping with cement base white paint complete all as directed. Note: (i) The quoted rate shall includes marking of numbers on each LT pole as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The quoted rates shall include the repair work of coping with cement/PCC

Material & Labour for cement base paint on PCC pole 9 mtr including black & white strips alternatively 30cm each from coping upto 1.5 mtr height starting with black strip using synthetic enamel paint and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including cross arm bracing supports, clamps, eye hooks, security light bracket, clamp etc incl incl reparing and painting on coping with cement base white paint complete all as directed. Note: (i) The quoted rate shall includes making of numbers on each LT pole as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The quoted rates shall including the reparing of coping with cement / PCC.

Material and labour for Air circuit breaker, fixed type, spring operated, manually TPN, 4 pole, 800 Amp, 415 Volts with thermal magnetic release, (O/L, S/C, E/F protection & confirming to IEC-60947-2& 3 rated breaking capacity and making capacity 50 KA short time current all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing indoor/outdoor end termination joint heat shrinkable 1100 Volts for XLPE cable of size 3.5/4.0 x 10-50 Sqmm complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing indoor/outdoor end termination joint heat shrinkable 1100 Volts for XLPE cable of size 3.5 x 70-120 Sqmm complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
