Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m (One point five metre), in width or 10 Sqm (Ten Square metre) on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m (One point five metre), including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all lead of all kinds of soil complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax, Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Foundations, footings, bases for columnsas directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (one cement isto four coarse sand isto eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax, Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement isto six coarse sand isto twelve graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six coarse sand) complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax, Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS: 2222 in super structure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six coarse sand) with F.P.S. (non modular) bricks complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax, Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (one cement isto two coarse sand isto four graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete 40mm (Forty millimetre) thick with 20mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size stone aggregate complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax, Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying 12mm ( twelve millimeters) thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four sand) in single coat on rough/fair side of brick/concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering up to all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles in all girth and finished even and smooth for septic tank complete as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Forming 15 mm wide and 15 mm deep groove of uniform size in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer, including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., ncluding cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a primingcoat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shapedwashers etc. complete ( Hot finished welded type tubes ) as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, Royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel of TATA/SAIL as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works complete as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, Royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of (Nerolac/Asian/Dulux/Berger)approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) of required shade on new work over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer to give an even shade complete as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of (Nerolac/Asian) system for interiors and exterios using primer as per manufacture specification Two or more coats of required shade on new work complete as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
