Providing and fixing of 2 HP submersible water pumping set (For hand pump)of reputed make such as Kirloskar ,BS , KSB, Sabar , etc confirming to latest relevent BIS code.The pump should be fitted with free flow impellers of suitable alloy as per BIS 5659-1970 latest suitable for clear cold water with turbidity up to 50 PPM having greased packer bearings & shaft with bound stator on motor side & with shaft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft confirming to BIS specifications. The pump shall be directly coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor of same make confirming to relevent BIS code latest with up to date ammendments totally dust & water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber & grease packed lubricated bearings & provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand non vertical loads with minimum wear & tear.It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with heating of motor. The pump set should include water level guard errection clamps,cable clips & depth gauge etc. The pump should be suitable for operation on data given below:- Total Head : 78 Mtr Discharge : .80 LPS

Providing and fixing of starter (direct on line) of 1.50 HP of standard make such as L&T/MEI/Havels/AVON/Crompton/ Asian for above pump set with suitable capacity installed on a wooden switch board fixed on a wall capable of mounting a voltameter 0 to 300 volts capacity and ampere meter of capacity 0 to 500 ampere of standard make as per the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of water proof PVC Cable 3 core, 2.5 sqmm as per IS-674-Part-II-1964 suitable for above pump set from starter to pump set subject to the approval of HPSEB authority as per the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing MS sheet box size (0.60x0.30x0.90mm fabrocated with angle irong of four legs mounted in cement concrete 1:3:6 for electric metred starter switch and other accessories with locking arrangement complete.

Providing laying , jointing and fixing 3 layer PPR(Polypropylene random copolymer) pipe UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welde, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PPR plain polypropylene random fittings complete to ISI 15801-2010 and testing of joint complete in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge ( Earth work in trenches will be extra)

Providing fixing and fitting 40mm dia 3 layer PP-R ( polypropylene random copolymer ) male threaded adaptor fitting with in all leads and lifts as per direction of engineer in charge

Providing fixing and fitting 40mm dia 3 layer PP-R ( polypropylene random copolymer ) plain elbow fitting with in all leads and lifts as per direction of engineer in charge

Providing fixing and fitting 40mm dia 3 layer PP-R ( polypropylene random copolymer ) plain union fitting with in all leads and lifts as per direction of engineer in charge

Providing and fixing steel wire rope 6mm Thick for holding the column assembly and pump set in bore well to avoid falling of assembly and pum set in bore well including comlete arrangement of fastening etc.complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-In.Charge.

Providing and fixing MS Clamps to hold the pump set in the bore well including required bolt and nuts complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing of armoured aluminum conductor cable 2.5 sqmm 3.5 core subject to the approval of HPSEB authority as per the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Transporation of suitable truck/Tractor mounted where only road available , DTH and ODEX / percussion calyx /RC drilling with portable rigs alongwith necessary accessories etc to the site of work and erection of portable rig including levelling of site etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Drilling bores of 152 mm dia as per IS 2800-1979 using percussion/ calyx/ RC,ODEX /method required for drilling in collapsible strata conglomerate boulders,pebbles ,sand,graval,silt,clay etc including cost of attchments extractable casing consumable stores, bits water, POL gravel pack in annular space etc complete in all respects as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and lowering of IS marked 175mm dia ERW plain end casing pipe as per IS 4270-2001 with upto date amendments in a length of 3 mtrs including cost of cuttings, welding , transporation charges complete in all respect. The pipe shall be slotted at suitable intervals as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing suitable casing shoe and bit tube as per requirement of ODEX attachment complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Collection and preservation of soil samples in polythene bags complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Development of bore well and yield testing with Air compressor through V-notch and disinfection etc. complete in all respect as per IS-2800-1979 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
